Ibis Budget Bordeaux Centre Gare Saint-Jean

There are at least three ibis stores near Bordeaux train station. I didn't go to the other two, but I was very satisfied with this one. The hotel is just opposite the station, 100 meters after the tram line. You can see part of Bordeaux from the room, and the breakfast is quite rich. Because there is a tram and bus stop in front of the train station, it is very convenient to travel. Later, I bought a 2-day card and took the tram to visit almost half of Bordeaux.

How can I put it? It's in Paris after all. It's next to the train station. Just based on the location and the price, I didn't expect much from it, but under this premise, I am satisfied with it. At least the room is clean and safe. Although the toilet and shower are made of plastic, it feels like a public toilet outside, but it can be used. There is no breakfast. The lady at the front desk is more polite and speaks English. There are restaurants, train stations, subways and light rails next to it, which makes it very convenient to travel. If you come here for the first time and don't know where to stay, you can consider it.

We were passing through Bordeaux and very late, so I booked a hotel in a hurry from what was available. I thought that Ibis is the same everywhere, and it was a complete disappointment. The toilet and shower are microscopic.. the child's bed was not made and at the reception they told me that I should make it myself, but the thing is that there was no bed linen.. in general, I do not know where such reviews come from, but I would not come back here, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Perhaps it is convenient for single people for one night.. but still, it is some kind of snake pit. Bad smell, bad plumbing, dirty. Breakfast is very poor. Boiled eggs, three types of cheese and three types of sausage. There was not even an omelet and vegetables.. budget budget

The hotel's rules are very strange. You can store your luggage for free before checking in, but after checking out, you will be charged a storage fee of 3 euros per piece of luggage. We had to check in two days later, but the hotel thought we were storing our luggage after checking out, not before checking in, so they charged us a fee.
