Reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Speaking English and pointing us in the direction of places to eat. Highly recommend and definitely will go there again

Not well located and expensive as such . Rooms small . Not recommended

Parking area very good, service correct, to spend a couple of nights, you have to bring shampoo and a hair dryer, there are none.

The reception = not friendly (that he changes jobs) In the bedroom = no bath mat eclectic socket in the bathroom does not work flashing bathroom light

Low price, free parking, broken air conditioner

The hotel is a bit far from the city, but free parking is available. If you are traveling by car, it is highly recommended, because parking in Bordeaux is very troublesome. The hotel is very clean, but the bathroom is a bit small, the bed is big, and the quilt is very comfortable. The front desk service attitude of the hotel is also very good. After nine o'clock in the evening, there is no way to check in.

The reception is until 9:00 p.m. Then you have to deal with the machine at the entrance. They don't provide hand soap. There is a device that gives foam in the shower and from there you have to take the foam for your hands. The equipment is quite basic and the hotel is very far from the center of Bordeaux. On the positive side, the receptionist was very nice and spoke Spanish, enough to understand each other. The shower water came out at a good temperature.

The bathroom is not well maintained, which is a shame, otherwise everything else is very good.

This hotel was super convenient for the rugby at the stadium which was less than a 20 minute walk for us. Main area of feedback is we were unable to use the self check in machine as it refused all our cards, thanks to a lady who was outside smoking we were given an emergency number to call this was resolved quickly. Room was basic but did the job for the 2 nights were were there, could of used more than one pillow each for comfort. Location wise its a bit in the middle of nowhere, if you are going to the stadium it is ideal but for Bordeaux itself you will need to walk about 15 mins to the Tram stop. The public transport is great around bordeaux
