Location beside the train station, but 10 min walk from it, not really close. Room is very small, no place for sitting. Also the hotel is quite new and clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

It was close to Saint-Jean Station and a good place to stay alone. It was clean and well used, and I stayed safely by choosing a women-only room. However, it was dangerous to walk from Saint-Jean Station to the hostel at night, so I took a taxi.

Everything was very good and quiet, there was also a good atmosphere if you liked it.

I booked a women-only room, but there was a man there, so I asked them to change, and they asked me, "Are you scared of men?" They were so insensitive. I was so annoyed. They asked me if I had removed the futon yet, and when I told them I had, they sarcastically said thank you. They then asked me how I noticed, and when I answered that I had heard a man's voice, they imitated animals and said that it might be a woman who looked like a man. In fact, I saw two men going in and out of the same room. They made fun of me without even making a mistake, and I felt really bad. As for changing the room, they said it was not possible at first, but they eventually changed it to a women's room.

The house is clearly visible from afar thanks to the high-mounted “Jost” lettering. Friendly reception, quick check-in. Comfortable sleeping capsule bed, good WiFi. 19 degrees room temperature

The room was nice and a good size. Next to the train station. But if you are a light sleeper, there is a train station downstairs where trains can pass. The soundproofing of the windows is quite good. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, but it is very small. Another problem is that you are not allowed in the swimming pool unless you are spending money on the top floor after six o'clock. This is a bit strange.

An exceptional stay. Everything was just perfect! Really. To do again. Absolutely, and whatever the occasion!

Positives - 10 min walk from Gare St Jean Station. Family room spacious and very light. Modern, quirky decor with very comfortable beds. It’s a new hotel so well kept/housekeeping very good and has a rooftop bar and swimming pool. It was very easy to find and the team were very helpful. There’s a great street food venue right outside with small stalls serving pizza, Vietnamese, fish, Middle Eastern and grills - it also had music and a bar in the evening. Supermarket and pharmacy 1min from hotel. It’s a new build residential area and we felt very safe. Negative and there was only one - there was a really poor smell from the drains. If you are happy to sleep with the window open then it was bearable but this really could do with removing as it is quite off putting.

From the moment I arrived, nothing went right. The room was not cleaned properly, the staff were unprofessional, and the noise from down the bars down the building was constant. The whole experience was a disaster, and I left early. Never coming here again !

Don't be fooled by the photos ! The hotel is located in a building with 2 bars, and parties go on until early morning, so you can never sleep peacefully in this place. The receptionists aren't very nice, they just do the bare minimum. They don't inform you about basic details and instructions vital for your stay. They took my identity card and wrote my name as Anas instead of Anthony (not even close, I know). I asked for a receipt for my reservation, and they couldn't provide one on the spot, so they took my email. It took them 3 days to send the receipt, and on top of that, the receipt had incorrect information. The breakfast is scheduled from 7 am to 11 am, but it didn't open until 9 am. I saw several people demanding refunds and leaving the hotel even though they had reservations for the whole week. The food lacks variety and freshness, and most importantly, it is dirty and smells expired. People take food with their hands without any proper hygiene measures. The doors to the stairs are broken, so you cannot use stairs at all. Sometimes the receptionists leave for an hour, so if you have a problem, you can wait for several hours before anyone comes to help you. The locker locks were broken, so belongings aren't secure at all, and you risk finding your stuff missing at any time. The pillows and the futon are uncomfortable.
