Reception & restaurant staff were helpful, but housekeeping is rather poor : didn't replenish tea/ coffee as well as hand soap, left previous customer's hair in bath and had to be asked to clean up room. Shower is very weak, so not great for hot summer days. Breakfast is ok. Restaurant staff are cheerful and helpful. Overall ok, but not good value for money.

A really poor experience - dismissive front desk staff, a baking hot room, and WiFi that simply doesn't work.

Nice hotel good location!

Disappointed that such a nice hotel doesn't have any air-conditioning in the rooms. We had a terrible and uncomfortable hot night. Sleeping was very difficult with a tiny standing fun provided. Unfortunately the hotel was unwilling to compensate us, which was shocking.

I really like the hotel and it's pretty relaxing and there is free parking. The check-in was easy and very professional. The breakfast is big and good. I really enjoy staying at this hotel. its worth every penny

Clean. Not too demanding. Business travelers who stay for one night can choose this hotel. You need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers.

The hotel needs to be reached by light rail train in central London. The town is one of the world's film and television production centers. There is a BP gas station and M&S supermarket near the hotel, which is more convenient. Nice bar and restaurant in the hotel. The room is comfortable and cost-effective.
