Went for a family week away and found this to be a really good, all inclusive hotel / resort. Everything was excellent, the room, the food and the facilities. We would recommend it to any family with children, really deserving of 6 out of 5 ! We would visit again and plan to consider stays at other Iberostar hotels now.

I had a fantastic holiday but This hotel is okay it has pros and cons Pros: The views are amazing you get from the hotel Right next to the beach Food is nice in the restaurants one in newest building gives you option to sit on terrace which view is amazing and the staff in the restaurant are great. We stayed in a junior suite and that was amazing the room was kept very clean the cleaners did a fantastic job and should be praised room was always spotless Not far from budva Soft drinks you can use the machines so no waiting in queue for the bar (but turn the one by the bar on before 10am otherwise means walking back to the buildings to get drinks makes no sense) The people who do the gardens are amazing they don’t half keep it nice and tidy in all weathers The entertainment team did a good job at getting people involved in the the games Cons I found that the swimming pool wasn’t cleaned often on three different days I found multiple plastic drink glasses at the bottom of the pool children play in that pool so should be cleaned more often and I seen other people getting them out to. Around the pool the floors where often sticky attracted wasps the person I travelled with got stung The pools our to small for the amount of people you have come 10am pool is so packed you can barely move The pool is also in need of an urgent re vamp there’s tiles missing all over the place there’s no easy way in or out only the silver ladders ( one was coming of the wall) which is an outdated design and not disabled friendly at all you need a stairs that allow you to walk in or a slant so people can walk into the pool people who have disabilities I seen people struggling to get in and out and some unable to enter at all The beds around the pool are gone by 7am but you can find plenty of beds in the surrounding gardening’s which is a few meters away from the pool The lifts in the newer building are a joke there tiny I seen a women in a wheel chair having to to squish in to fit and there’s not enough if your wanting to use the third floor restaurant the lifts are often to busy to use. When I arrived I’d been up since 1am by the time I arrived it’s was 3pm (local time) we got there just as three other buses dropped people off the queue for reception was out the door And half way up the hotel. I got told which building to go to and wait for someone to show us to the building the lad assigned to do this then said to me where going to have to wait for all the line to clear before I can walk you over with the rest of the people in your building I asked can you point me to the building And I’ll go myself because the queue is so big it could take another forty minutes to clear the queue and I wanted to rest for which the response was “your not allowed to walk over there yourself” iv paid for my room why am I not allowed to go there myself” then I asked again which building it was for them to ignore as he literally pretended to sort water out thankfully another man c

It’s okay nothing special, certainly not a 4 star and only just a 3 star. There are no luxuries here, everything is okay for a week but so glad we didn’t stay any longer. The food was okay but quite often we would have to lay our own table and it is sell serve with the drinks. It’s a little trial and error with the meat and the quality. Soft drinks weren’t branded and tasted water down. Rooms dated and basic and small. My 10 year daughter had a very worn sofa bed for a week. Staff on reception didn’t seem particularly happy. We paid extra for a sea view but we got a tree view, as per the picture and we had a socket hanging out the wall in the room. Sunbeds were reserved by 8am and pools were extremely busy. The gym didn’t open until 9am which isn’t ideal if you wish to work out early. Plus a lot of the machines were out of order with only one treadmill working. Such a shame as it wasn’t a cheap holiday. I think Jet2 seriously need to review the grading of the hotel. Airport the way home was chaos. 2 female toilets for about 1000 people and no services. All in all we are pleased to be home. The airport was chaos - 2 toilets for about 1000 people and no services.

We had a great holiday here ,but iv rated 3 as it is in my opinion a 3 star hotel , the rooms are dated but very clean which is the main thing , no kettle or coffee / tea in the rooms ?, the staff was mostly very friendly and worked very hard , the food is just ok and the same every day so we chose to eat out in the evenings as it's less stressful , this hotel has the potential to be great , the negative reviews on here worried us when we booked but it was in a nice spot and we really enjoyed our holiday ,it is what you make it and overall the hotel was great , the entertainment was nothing to be exited about and again was just ok , we are used to 5 star so we may be a bit picky on certain things so we looked at the positives and got on with it , i would probably stay here again as Montenegro is a great place to visit and the hotel was good for our young kids , the pool area was fantastic but they need to get on top of the sad individuals who would reserve beds at silly o clock and police it more ,you would see several people chucking there towels down and not using them until the afternoon , so overall we did like it here but in my opinion it isn't a 4 star but it certainly could be , ignore the bad reviews as its not that bad ,

I was expecting more from a 4* hotel but on the whole it was a good week. We had a nice time just don’t expect too much. Everything was ok and pretty average. ROOMS - we (2 x adults + 2 x children) stayed in the hotel in two interconnected rooms. These rooms were in the main building and are quite dated and tired so pretty average for a 4 star hotel. FOOD - we were on an all inclusive stay as this is easier with children. There are two main restaurants but both serve the same buffet food. There was some variety throughout the week but essentially it is the same food each night with a few local specialties. There is a lunchtime snack place that serves average pizza, chips and very tasty pastas. The children loved the self serve ice cream bar and freshly made crepes. DRINKS - there are 3 bar areas but only one person behind the bar so they do all get busy. Local beer on tap (not very strong) and spirts and mixers come out of a pre-mixed tap. Not very strong and not often served with ice and a slice. Children can help themselves to water and juices all day long. The quieter bar was the beach bar but you have to go outside the hotel to the beach to walk to it as they have closed off the closest gate from the hotel gardens which is a shame. Don’t expect any of the staff to smile or be friendly. POOLS - there are two pool areas and they were very busy and did not seem big enough to cope with the number of people at the hotel so were very crowded all day long. Sunbeds around the pool area are free but are reserved with towels well before breakfast. There are some other sunbeds in the well kept grounds a little bit further away from the pools so we often made camp there where there is also a bit of shade amongst the olive trees. BEACH - the hotel has its own area reserved area on the general beach. However, be warned you need to pay €15 a day for two sunbeds and a parasol as the sunbeds are operated by a separate company to the hotel. The beach is clean and well maintained and the sea by the hotel is fantastic and clean. It is less busy than the rest of the beach.

We have just returned from 11 nights at this wonderful hotel. We booked as two families with 2 kids each (11 & 13), the rooms (block 3) were spacious and cleaned daily, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The two main restaurants had great choice and options for all. Fresh fish and meats grilled every evening and always an option of pizza and chips for the kids, they especially loved the unlimited ice cream available from the pizzeria. We took a trip to the Old Town in Budva which is a must see, approx €7 in a taxi from the hotel, and we took a water taxi back which was great fun, but be aware that there are only floating jetties in Becici so it can be tricky getting to the shore, we had to wade the last couple of metres in the sea, kids loved that though! The main pool is great but the loungers do tend to be reserved very early. There are always plenty available in the manicured gardens but the poolside ones will require an early alarm. The entertainment crew were brill, always involving everybody in different pool games, even dragged us in for pool Zumba which was a sight to see with over 100 people all taking part in the pool. The beach is a 1 minute walk from the pool area, although the hotel doesn’t own the beach it is reserved for hotel guests. Sun loungers are available for an additional fee (€20 for first two rows, €15 for the others). The sea was lovely and warm and very calm, although the beach itself is made up of very fine stones rather than proper sand so can be a little painful to walk on, bring beach shoes for little ones. Overall we had a great experience at The Iberostar Bellevue and would love to return. Lastly, be prepared for Tivat airport which is very small. We flew with Jet2 and they have exclusive use of Terminal 2 which is very small. There are no amenities available for food and drinks (apart from some vending machines) but you are allowed to carry liquids through security so take water/soft drinks with you. The Jet2 rep at the airport was incredible, organising everybody to the right places and flights which made it much easier for all passengers.

The hotel has everything you could ask for - set in beautiful grounds and right on the beach. We were upgraded to a sea view room in the second block - thank goodness as i wouldn’t have fancied the other rooms. Budva itself still needs some development and a good clean up! However nothing can take away the Breath taking beauty of the views. The food is plentiful and tasty but sometimes wasn’t very hot. They must get better at instilling hand gel before meals as people don’t ! Overall a lovely relaxing week

We were a party of three (Mother and two grown up children). Upon arrival we were upgraded to a family room. It was spacious with a balcony overlooking the children’s play area and gardens. The two pools were very nice and kept clean. There were sufficient sun beds although it was going off season so may have been less busy. The grounds are very well kept and tidy. Staff are sufficiently helpful. The restaurants offer a wide variety of good food and the snack bar also has a great choice with ice cream and crepes available throughout the day. The bars have a good choice of drinks although the cocktails were not always what we ordered. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s entertainment. It was of a good quality except on the first night which wasn’t great. The location is good as it’s situated on the seafront and shops/bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The gym is of a good quality and the spa is very nice too. Overall we had a great holiday. I would definitely recommend.

We arrived at the hotel and our room smelt due to the drains in the bathroom . There was a hole in the ceiling by the air conditioning unit where the ceiling was wet possibly from a leak from the said unit. The curtains were very difficult to open and close to access the balcony as the rails had not been cleaned for a while which meant we kept them closed most of the time. The cleaning staff tried their best and put bleach down the drains everyday and were generally very helpful. The hotel had a decorator fill the whole in the ceiling but this didn’t address the leak and we had to show the cleaners the state of the ceiling at the end of the break. This unfortunately reflected a hotel in need of some general maintenance and we were disappointed in our jet2 representative who was more interested in supporting the hotel. This is a shame as the pool area and grounds were good and the food was ok if a little repetitive at times. If you consider this to be a three star hotel you will not be disappointed but if they addressed the maintenance this could be so much better.
