Чистый номер, удобная кровать, отличная шумоизоляция и шикарный вид на горы из окна/с балкона. Есть своя парковка, теннис, бильярд и бассейн. Хороший завтрак. Единственное - отель удален от центральной гуляночной зоны, но если на машине, то отличный вариант.

Host (Sukhan) was the best. Always smiling and helpful. Check-in was quick, excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms.
We visited Rabati palace, Green Monastry and Bakuriani, Sukhan arranged for our transport and also coordinated with the drivers on our behalf.
We never felt that we are in a different country, it felt like family with love and lot of warmth.
Thank you Sukhan for being such a fabulous host, looking forward to coming down again in the future. All the best 😊

I had an amazing experience at Hotel & Restaurant Emerald Borjomi. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious — especially the traditional Georgian dishes. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. I felt truly taken care of. If you’re visiting Borjomi, this place is a must-stay!
