5 min walk from the national park, they have a lot of services and the mountain view room is just amazing!

This is the dirtiest and most unfriendly hotel I have ever seen in Georgia. The hotel has dangerous food, cases of poisoning requiring an ambulance are not uncommon, so your vacation will be ruined. Regarding poisoning, you will not find any managerial participation or assistance. And you will never get your money back in case of cancellation. In general, the information on the booking does not correspond to reality. The pool is covered with a black coating of mucus and mold, the area is old and unkempt, the windows look out onto high-rise buildings with refugees. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children. My Georgian friends were really surprised why I chose such a bad hotel, now I will be more careful relate to planning. Thanks to recommendations, we moved to another hotel, not far from the park, and met completely different conditions and reception.

Terrible service, stuff is extremely irresponsible and rude. I chose this hotel to spend my birthday there and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve made in my life. Instead of celebrating my birthday peacefully I got stressed and anxious because of the terrible service, our room had many problems the sink wasn’t working, the bathroom lighting was so poor that It was impossible to do your makeup. Food was very low quality and staff made many mistakes while serving us. I just don’t recommend this hotel at all and I regret so much that I wasted my money and time there.

I have stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing again, service , pool , sauna , meal, room and view, the guys at desk were patient and happy to help, breakfast was great available for me to order omelet, everything was excellent for the prices, my suggestion for better coffee machine for next time

At the end of March, me and my colleagues (28 person) went on a retreat for 4 nights after work. The air is great, as is the garden and the nature. The atmosphere in the hotel and the rules are very heavy and strict. A colleague had a birthday and we brought a cake to the conference room, for which they charged us 50 GEL. They gave a warning to my another colleague about taking one apple from breakfast and they made her to return it. The culmination of everything was when our colleague was feeling bad and they charged us 250 dollars for dirty towels. I would never go back unless the management is changed!

We traveled as a big group of 4 families and stayed for 2 nights at Borjomi Likani. Mr Daniel was a huge part of why our experience was really good.. he guided us to tours, planning our stay, meals and transportation smoothly. He was prompt and really helped the customer service (which we found otherwise lacking in Georgia) and sometimes at this hotel. For example, at breakfast, if you chose a la carte, there are basic options only, which forces you to choose the buffet in a way. Food overall was not our best experience... lacks variety especially if you are vegetarian (has the basics like pizza and kachapuri). Rooms were spacious and well appointed. But The hotel property completely makes up for everything - it is a stunning property with forest grounds of its own and a riverside. Clean crisp air. June is a great time to visit as its still 20 degrees during the day. Not a single mosquito or dirt - the grounds are immaculate if you are looking for a close to nature, luxury holiday. There is also a kids club, cycles available on the property. Pool was decent, though the jacuzzi water wasnt warm up to standards. Will look to return, and thanks to Daniel to add the special touch to our experience.

The worst experience ever!!! In my last 6 days stay in Georgia, staying in this property has been worse for many reasons: I had been to the restaurant at Ground Floor last night. Except for one lady who understood what I was trying to ask (Vegetarian Spaghetti), none other understood a word of my request. Some menu items weren't even available. At the end of my dinner when I asked for the menu card to order Desserts, I was handed over the bill. It doesn't end here. I thought that lady really doesnt understand English so I requested another guy who was passing by to give me the menu and he said yes and for next 10 mins never showed up instead went and continued standing at the Bar! I left the restaurant and went to the front desk and asked for the manager to put this complaint on record. The manager took some 5 mins to come as he wasn't even dressed in his uniform and came with his shirt not even tucked in properly and all he did was to take a note of what I said and that's it! Really??? Shouldn't he be asking if I could get the Desserts menu instead or try to fix the concern??? This morning again at the restaurant, the chair I waals seated had a nail popping out which hurt me. I did show my finger which had a minor bruise and slight blood to the lady in restaurant. All she did was to replace the chair! No apologies, no offer of any first aid, nothing. I had to ask my son to get a tissue to wipe the blood. The other hotels I stayed In Tbilisi, Kazbegi, Kutaisi, Batumi were literally ½ the price or lesser but offered much better service. Here I'm paying double and getting unacceptable service and unfortunately I cant even write to any manager coz NO ONE UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH AND PROBABLY DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE. Is this service??? Having lived in multiple hotels in my life, this one tops the chart for the worse ever experience. I have one more night of stay here and wonder how much worse can it get.

I really wanted to give this hotel a better rating, but I just could not with the problems that we experienced. First of all, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the grounds it sits on is amazing. There is also an abandoned Russian palace it sits on the same property as the hotel it is definitely worth the walk. The room is very nice and well appointed as far as the in~ room amenities go. One employee I will brag on is David. He is guest relations and is wonderful. He speaks very good English, and is very communicative and explains things very well. If you need sightseeing tips, restaurant recommendations, or anything else go to David he will be happy to help you. Now, for the not so great part of our stay at the hotel. The hotel turns off its air conditioner I would assume the first part of October. My husband and I are both very hot natured and require ventilation. The hotel does not offer fans for its guests to keep the room a little cooler and to circulate air. If you’re going to turn off the air conditioner when the season changes I understand totally, but please have some fans to keep your guest cool should they need them. The next issue that we had and never really got solved was the bug and spider infestation. We probably killed at least 20 to 30 bugs in our room, as well as at least three spiders. We noticed this at check-in and brought it to the front desk attention immediately! All they could do was apologize, and didn’t really have a solution, except to say that this is a problem at the hotel. Housekeeping alluded to the fact that they had called an exterminator But we never saw any evidence of this. What really upset me was upon check out I spoke with the general manager, and brought up all of these concerns to her. She basically said that there’s nothing that they can do. The bugs are a problem and all hotels in Georgia., especially ones that are in the forest. We are currently staying at our fourth hotel in the country and guess what it’s in the forest and no bugs! Plus, if it is a problem like I said before there are ways to fix it. She refused to discount my hotel bill due to the fact I had already received a discount which had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that we had many problems during our stay. I told her she should be ashamed of herself, and has absolutely no business running a five star hotel that caters to international visitors. She certainly was not moved by this and could’ve cared less. I would certainly caution any international visitor who was thinking about staying at this hotel to be very cautious when making a reservation.

Spend 10 amazing days in this hotel with my husband. We bought everything included stay- FB and had healing procedures as a gift. Great hotel for price you paying. Food was delicious with good variety every day. My favorite was breakfast with all kind of different yogurts. Lunch/ dinner was good as well: fresh and delicious. Dining area was super clean and spacious with nice veranda with amazing view. Servers were very polite and attentive. We enjoyed every single day at this hotel, walking/ having health procedures/ SPA treatment daily. All my days very busy with all kind of different health procedures. We did all kinda health tests what we needed, that was a big plus in our busy lifestyle. My big thanks to my SPA lady Teona, thank you for your beautiful hands, you made me feel special, I really enjoyed my SPA treatment with you daily. All staff in this hotel is very professional and very polite: from receptionist to cleaning ladies with smiles 24/7. My Room were immaculate clean daily. I have nothing to complain about. Definitely, we will be back in near future for peaceful/ relaxing/health maintaining vacation. We had a great time in Borjomi Likani, Georgia. Beautiful place with beautiful people.
