One of the most satisfactory hotels in Georgia for a 10-day self-driving tour. Good breakfast, great location, and friendly service

This hotel is really amazing. The location is very good. It’s very popular. There is a park right outside the door. The location is great. Breakfast and dinner are good.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a park downstairs, a big park, and free spring water. There are so many dogs in this place. Although they don't bite people, a group of dogs follow you all the time. I'm still very scared

The hotel is good, the staff is polite, the pool is OK, there is a sauna, but the room was not very clean.

A very nice luxury hotel. Very friendly staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. Parking in the hotel itself. The spacious rooms with a very complete bathroom. Swimming pool and relaxation area. The restaurant is very complete and good value for money. The breakfast was very complete, with both Georgian food and continental breakfast.

This place is truly amazing for couples in search of a special hotel to unwind and create lasting memories. The service here is absolutely top-notch, and the food that emerges from their kitchen is nothing short of divine. It's the perfect destination for a romantic getaway, where exceptional service and culinary excellence combine to create an unforgettable experience.

Great hotel. Lovely location with access to shops, the park, areas to walk around. Rooms were spacious, very clean, good beds with nice comforters, nice products in the bathroom. Shower was good. The hotel is located in a very interesting area and easily accessible to things worth seeing like the park. Breakfast was excellent, nice choices and good food. Staff were all friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we stayed in over a six week period.

Borjomi was our destination after Tblisi's New Year's celebration, we needed all the comfort and luxury needed, and God knows that Crown Plaza Borjomi was the best place to be. The trip from Tblisi took about 2 hours or so, we arrived to the desk and got recognized for IHG Diamond Elite right away, upgraded our room to Suite and it was a great one with a view on the river. The location itself is Fascinating and the Hotel has a wonderful architecture from outside to take great pictures, we tried the lunch and dinner and they were really tasty, but the 5 stars is in the Breakfast in the morning, it's one of our top 10 continental breakfasts for sure. We got a red wine bottle gift also. Christmas Decoration was amazing!!! The Spa was a huge space of sauna, swimming pool with a glass roof, and water beds, our only concern were kids yelling and evading the peaceful mood of the spa, We had a couple massage session for 60 minutes 10/10 The staff were extra helpful and nice, the only thing that failed for us was the bar, it was empty and badly managed, we had to wait 60 minute to get our meal and it was obvious that people in charge were not really concerned if we stay or leave. There are plenty of board games to play for free at night while having dinner and drinking. Borjomi in general is a great place to visit and Crown Plaza is the best place to stay there for people who want to stay, We enjoyed our 3 nights there, and Crown Plaza Borjomi is definitely a Hotel to visit when in Georgia.

Best place ever . Great hospitality . Everyone in the hotel speaks great English. Clean rooms and environment. Best view in borjoomi Great food and breakfast. One of my best experiences in Georgia We stayed at the hotel for 1 night and we had such a great experience The only problem was the bed and mattress. It was uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep well
