Had a great time to stay at this very nice hotel! Hotel inside very cozy and beautiful! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! Hotel close to Borlänge train station, about 8 minutes can walk to!

Nice staff and so accommodating. So much fun with different activities in the lobby that we could have fun with in the evening. Good service with coffee and popcorn that didn't cost us anything. Cozy with a hot tub with skylight.

Oh well. Location was nice, parking was not free but if you are willing to walk few hundred meters you'll find free one. Room and beds were okay and pretty clean but if you need good decent size pillows i recommend you go and buy yourself one from Ikea. Shower was quite experience but not in the good way, the noise was awful when you turned the water on and the showerhead gave like half of the water over you and rest went everywhere else. Room was warm but you can open the window so that sorts the problem. Breakfast was good, cannot complain. Staff was great!
