I came to this hotel with some of my school for a school trip (a few teachers and 68 other students) and was extremely disappointed while we were out in the day the cleaners rummaged through our belongings, threw clothes behind bins and stuffed them under our pillows and stole over €700 from bags, wallets and draws. (Stolen from MINORS let me remind you). The service was also appalling, the staff refused to cooperate when issues occurred, teenager girls and boys forced to share a double bed and the good was served in tiny portions with hardly edible meat (one night chicken that was basically raw) and NO nutrition whatsoever. As this is a family owned hotel the old lady who appeared to live there and only spoke Italian should not be allowed to stay. She yelled at and harrased students who were minding there own business and used her cane to poke and hit them. On the last evening of my stay I went to the basement to grab my bag (as I had been instructed to do so because I needed to leave it somewhere safe whilst I was out) along with my friends and after refusing to understand the situation locked us (all children) in the basement. She also had no issue with rudely pointing out the way i was dressed if I showed a bit of skin by once again yelling in Italian. Lastly no one mentioned that there were 3 dogs living in the hotel which were RARELY cleaned up after as there was a strong smell of animals and feces left on the floor of the lobby. I DO NOT recommend staying here.

Went here for a school trip the cleaning staff managed to steal over €552 and £160 aswell as not even cleaning the rooms our clothes were just chucked across the room. The cleaning staff aslo rummaged through our bags. The staff were rude and unhelpful . The owner hit a few students with her cain. The food was also inedible most nights the meat wasn't cooked properly and we were served raw chicken and pork then the staff mocked us for not eating the food.

If you like losing money (600+ euros) and being attacked by a crazy old woman then come to this hotel. Rooms were never cleaned and the food sizes were like military rations and reheated from the night before. Children were hit by the old owner who tried to lock them in the basement and cleaners left stains on the towels daily.

Terrible, as someone who does not regularly look at the stability, or comfort, of a hotel this one shocked me. I was aware before arriving here that it would be a 3 star hotel- yet at this point I have no clue how the hell it managed that. Whilst the rooms looked nice there was no customer service at all: Rude management: I know people who have been refused access to more accessible rooming, some having to be in major discomfort due to having to share, let me repeat *share* a room with another person of their gender, despite their desperation to be moved to a more comfortable 2 bed room. Poor security: I was given keys but I am sure as hell glad I hid my wallet behind lock and key as I heard minors, presumably from a school trip, complain many times about loss of money, something I simply do not understand how it can pass- along with this I also felt a sense of discomfort as I was in the hotel. There was no mention of any animals in this establishment, as I arrived there was smells of dogs and feces, something I would soon to link to the dogs they kept in *community areas*, At no point did the hotel do any thing to sanitise the smell of cigarettes or smoke from previous people staying in the hotel, and never did I see them clean up any of the ash in the fireplace- another thing I was unaware they would use during my stay. I want to elaborate on the old lady who seemed to inhabit this horrific establishment, she was not only rude, but refused to try to communicate past language barriers, and would be yelling in Italian to the students who seemed not to mind or realise they were being yelled at, this particular lady seemed to have some threatening sense to her, I would often catch her staring snivingly at the students, minding their own business and seemed to be somewhat polite There was also some poo on the floor near the fire, I don't even want to clarify on that subject, please do better.

Awful hotel. Took a school trip and they were rude, unhelpful and would not allow us to change rooms in the hotel when there were issues. Forced students to share double beds that could be converted into singles. The worst staff that were so incredibly unhelpful
