Oggi purtroppo è l'ultimo giorno di vacanza all'hotel La Genzianella. Fin dal momento della prenotazione abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale. L'hotel è veramente bellissimo, arredato con molto gusto, anche la zona Spa merita veramente. Posizione ottima, tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro che si raggiunge a piedi in due minuti. Ampia bike room e apprezzabile il servizio gratuito di lavaggio dei completini sportivi per ciclisti. Ringrazio di cuore la direzione e il personale per l'impegno nel preparare ad ogni pasto ottime alternative vegane (senza farlo pesare in alcun modo). Hotel 3 stelle (ma che ne vale almeno 4) che consiglio senza ombra di dubbi e che sarà sicuramente la mia scelta nel caso di una prossima vacanza a Bormio.

Our vacation at La Genzianella was top class, from welcome on check in to departure. We were on a cycling trip and the facilities to accommodate such an exertion were ideal from the availability of a relaxing massage to the bike storage and maintenance room. Food both breakfast and dinner were excellent with a wide range of freshly prepared pastries, cheese and cereal for breakfast and a comprehensive menu with an excellent wine list for dinner. Staff were both professional and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to address specific requests, extra towels etc

Perfect place for cyclist. The breakfast was super, there is laundry for cycling attires and perfect bicycle store. We cannot ask for more.

A wonderful hotel. If only all hotels could be this good. Lovely staff, great food in the restaurant, and superb spa. The interior design is welcoming and the whole place is very well thought out and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Sono stato ospite con mia moglie all’hotel Genzianella e tutto è stato perfetto. Le proprietarie si distinguono per cortesia e simpatia. Una menzione speciale per le ragazze e i ragazzi dello staff, molto professionali e molto gentili. Camera molto bella. Colazione e cena ottime. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
