The room we were initially given was a duplex, but the heating was insufficient. It could only be set to a maximum of 21 degrees. The room was very cold and there was no heating in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they turned it up one degree, but it didn't work at all. They changed it the next day. A flat-floor room is much warmer. But because we caught a cold the day before, my child and I both suffered from gastroenteritis... The decoration and hardware of the hotel are okay. Except for a girl at the front desk who is more enthusiastic, everything else is cold.

Tutto perfetto dalle camere al personale. La colazione fantastica con veramente di tutto dolce e salata, Preparazione di uova e spremute fatte al momento caffè e tutte le bevande calde con macchina espresso no automatiche. Cosa devo dire fantastico da 10 e lode

I was presently surprised by how lovely this hotel was. The breakfast exceeded expectations as I have been to many 5 stars without the breakfast this hotel offers. The room was very big and overlooked the beautiful scenery. We used the spa facilities which were nice I would say they were just a little small, they could also use a pool or jacuzzi. The steam room had a bit of a smell of mould though.
