Fairly enjoyable stay apart from the distance from Boston town centre.Good size comfortable bed and extremely friendly and helpful staff members that truly tried to help at the check in with the promotional breakfast offer error with while booking with trip.com…

The staff is amazing. But the installations are very poor and covered in mold. Also premier in will charge you for a double bed when is two single ones together, resulting in bad sleep and being uncomfortable. I did escalate this issues but was ignored.

Good stay. Nice room with plenty of space. Bathroom OK - a bit dated with a shower curtain. Check-in & reception both fast, friendly & efficient. Extra tea/coffee available by reception. No noticeable noise and car park had a lot of cars in it so there were lots of people in the hotel

I have stayed here before, so I suggested it to my friend for our trip together this past weekend. All the staff we met were friendly and chatty, and happy to answer any questions etc. Jane on reception was particularly lovely, so hopefully this feedback gets to her as I said I would give her a mention

Stayed here Friday 27th September for the air show arrived around 16:30 all the staff was polite and welcoming and very helpful the rooms was spotless absolutely no complaints about this hotel The dining hall we had dinner it was very busy arrived at 7pm was told it’s about a 45 min wait for food that was understandable as it was extremely busy. Got our food around 8pm ish but didn’t really mind as we just sat chatting ect. The food come out hot and fresh No complaints at all to be honest not even about the wait it’s all understandable

Room was clean, and mollie on reception helped out when i needed help connecting to the internet and general information about the local area. All staff here are great. It helped having a restaurant across from the room, the food and service there was also great.

We wanted a good standard of accommodation in a location that gave easy access to the area. Good ammount of parking but be prepared to walk if arriving at restaurant in full flow.

The hotel, was clean and the staff professional and welcoming. No air conditioning and no premier rooms. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom needs a freshen up.
