exceptional service and room- everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the room and bed is very cozy. Would definitely recommend as it’s also very convenient. Sad to see people on strike- wish these people would be paid better as they deserve it.

My second stay at the hotel in a month. Really impressed with hotel services by everyone i encountered at The Newbury Boston. I had a late midnight flight flying out, so have requested for a late check out via trip.com comment box. When I checked in, the hotel told me they took note of my request on the trip.com booking and gave me a late check out. Appreciate the professional service at the reception!
