The hotel is very unclean you can see stains on furniture and ceiling, dust on desk and chair. And it doesn’t offer breakfast as advertised. There is no option to purchase on site. There is simply nothing. Service is also terrible. It’s the worst hotel I ever stayed in Boston and not worth the money at all. Will avoid itat all cost.

Everything was great. The hotel was very central and the staff were friendly. They had free 24-hour water and coffee. The only downside was that the heating was very noisy.

Good location. Water , tea, coffee for free, which is nice. Breakfast portions are ok, but lacking healthy options. The gym is small but decent. The carpet in the rooms looks like it really needs to be changed. Some slippers would be great .

Traveling with kids, we booked a room with breakfast included. It was served at the Elephant & Castle pub right next door, with 8 fixed set menus to choose from. We just handed over our breakfast vouchers, no need to pay extra tips, and the kids really enjoyed the food.

Nice hotel this. Staff great. Comfy beds. Spacious. Interior a bit tired but couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Adjacent pub/restaurant was nice.
Really accommodating for the marathoners, providing a selection of drinks and snacks available to grab the morning of the marathon.
Streaming to the TV from our phones was frustrating, as it would periodically disconnect and then it became a pain to reconnect - we gave up trying in the end. Air con a bit noisy.

Highly recommend this hotel! The front desk staff, especially the Black gentleman, was incredibly friendly and always greeted me warmly whenever I left. The hotel rooms are much larger than what you'd typically find in New York. I'm not sure if every floor has one, but having a water dispenser was a great bonus. There's also a coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor that guests can use freely. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient!
