Excellent stay, excellent location

The front desk staff was so official, no welcoming, and kept a straight face. The room was nice, but I could see some hair in the bathroom and body lotion was empty, never refilled. The most terrible experience was noise. Some of the rooms had a family party for the whole night. They were yelling in english, screaming, bumping the floor, hitting the wall, and even hitting the windows, cursing loudly each other as possible as I could hear in my room. Music was terribly loud. I called the front desk several times, but they didn't do any reactions!!! Finally, I got angry, and they did reaction, that terrible party was over. But staff never call me, never apologizing for that terrible situation. Just over. At check out, staff didn't ask anything about staying, no information for check out process, no face, nothing to say except "check out?",. Does Hilton offer service so weird and so rude? Is this Hilton standard? It was a really amazing service. This is Hilton service!

The service was pretty good. It gave me a $40 "Food & Breakfast" credit per day. I just didn't expect that I also had to pay an extra $30 "Unban Destination Fee" per day.

The bathroom small and little dated. Air purifier in wellness room did not work.

The hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future.

The room has good view and confortable. But at the leaving day I missed a apple charger I certainly remember it that contacted the outlet. I called the hotel but she said there are nothing. I was disappointed because I thought it would be easy to find it.

Good location near city center

Superbly located at downtown Boston, facility wise rather ordinary, especilly shower heads being fixed, otherwiae no complaint.

Great location to nearby shops, restaurants, and subway stations.

It's pretty good. Except for the irregular deposit process at the front desk, everything is pretty good. There is no cash/credit card option. Normally, they should ask, but they let me pay by credit card without asking.

Lake view room?? The bathroom is leaking, very small and old. The elevator is uncomfortable to go up and down.

The hotel is clean and hygienic

The hotels I stayed in twice this year were both very good, especially in May where I stayed for 8 consecutive days. However, they were too expensive. I stored 6 pieces of luggage and was charged over $40 in tips.
