This is my second time staying at this hotel in Boston. After landing, clearing customs, and picking up my luggage, I could just head out and wait for the hotel shuttle to take me back. This time, I got a corner room, which felt much bigger, more spacious, and brighter.

About a ten-minute walk from the subway station. It's not in the city center, but the distance to downtown is still acceptable. The air conditioning in the hotel was terrible. I arrived in late April and still needed the heating on. It was either scorching hot, with the room approaching 30 degrees Celsius, or not warm enough, only 19 degrees. When I asked the front desk staff, their solution was to restart the heating myself. However, after restarting, the heater made an incredibly loud noise, so much so that I needed earplugs to sleep.

The facilities are a bit old; the standing air conditioner was incredibly loud, so I had to turn it off at night. All Hilton hotels don't provide kettles; you either use the in-room coffee maker or get hot water from the restaurant.
Aside from that, all other services were good. There's a supermarket next to the hotel and a bus stop nearby.

I was charged $91 for a $28 breakfast - perhaps an honest mistake (as the system seemed to add my 20% tip to the $75 security deposit added to my card as a formality upon check-in). When I told them, they corrected the bill and provided a receipt showing this correction. However, when I checked my bank account a couple days later, it showed that they still overcharged me -- not $91 but still a somewhat higher amount, and not the amount indicated on the receipt. I don't know whether this is incompetence or scamming, but it makes me not trust this place; and I don't think I'll stay here again.
