Hotel itself is not bad. But the location is a bit questionable. It’s in the downtown, so traffic to get there is always jammed. At the same time, though it’s in the downtown, it’s a bit far to reach any place.

Check-in is on the second floor, and the elevator to the second floor is very slow.
The location is decent; the Orange Line is right outside, and it's about a 10-minute walk to Park Street subway station. It's also quite convenient for dining in Chinatown, and about a 15-minute walk to South Station.
Being next to Tufts Medical Center, it was very noisy for two nights in the middle of the night.
Aside from being stingy with bottled water (you have to be a bit pushy and ask at the front desk), everything else was fine.

The environment is good, quiet, and not far from the train station and attractions. There's a Starbucks downstairs, which is a nice bonus.

We had a good time in Boston. Our hotel location near by train station and close to downtown. Also just few step has metro station. Our room clean. Nice things too there’s Starbucks Coffee.

Hotel location was great downtown right across tufts medical hospital. Service was great room was clean we ate at westeria is on the second floor of the hotel also the lobby is on the second level food was great also their is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff was awesome we didn't get the breakfast and we didn't park a car parking fee was $65 a day i would stay here again. The bar at westeria and it superbowl weekend also parking outside hotel
