Nice stay. Great location.

The hotel closest to Massachusetts General Hospital, since 2017, has held meetings here every year and left a deep impression

The service is warm and proactive, and I checked in early, which also helped me avoid the fee

It is very close to the port and Massachusetts General Hospital, and is suitable for short business stays.

Very close to TD Garden, there are wholefoods and cvs nearby, which are more convenient. Room facilities are old, soundproofing is OK

With a 6-minute walk to Charles/MGH T stop, the hotel is a convenient place to explore Cambridge or Boston from. Convenient is the Whole Foods and CVS right across the parking lot in the back (hotel back entrance goes to the lot).

Was in Boston for some games at TD Garden, convenient location, very walkable, close to transit and restaurants. Property is well maintained, always staff available and ready to serve you. Can be a little noisy because of construction and proximity to Mass General but no worse than any hotel in that area.

None of the staff at the desk ever smiled during my 3-night stay. The amount of toiletries stocked in the bathroom was barely enough for one day, and it was never restocked. The room was never serviced.

Didnt have any hot water to shower and breakfast wasnt offered in the morning. Very bland mediocre and dissapointing experience

Stayed here before an early procedure at Mass Eye and Ear. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. The hotel was fine- average. My one complaint is the blower for the heat was SO incredibly loud.
