The hotel is arranged on the fifth floor, which is the only floor that does not require a card to enter the elevator. I don't understand why other foreigners live in rooms that require a card. Maybe it's a regular room signed by Ctrip. There is no view outside the window. There is a refrigerator and a safe in the room, but no microwave. We went out to find a public one, and the waiter said that we don't have it above the hotel refrigerator. This is the difference in treatment. The hotel lobby is under renovation. Two bottles of hot water are provided every day. The room will be cleaned. The hot water tap of the lobby water dispenser is broken and can't discharge water. The mattress is uncomfortable to sleep on, and the waist and back ache. It is said that the check-out time is 11 o'clock. I see that foreigners also leave at 12 o'clock. We left at 11 o'clock obediently. The only good thing is that we arrived at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and they opened a room for us directly. There are many elevators in the hotel, which is better than those inns. There is no breakfast. Going through the second floor is the putential building, which has everything. The hotel is across the bridge to Newberry Street, which is convenient for going out. There is a bus to New York at the door, so it is convenient to wait for the bus. However, the Hilton across the street looks much better than this one. I didn't know the address and thought that this was the only place close to the bus, so I chose this Sheraton. In fact, I also saw that the reviews were not very good, which shows that the low rating is not without reason. If you want to stay in the same place, I don't recommend this one. You can try the Hilton across the street.
