Do not have high expectations for this place and you’ll be fine. It’s very old and run down but it done the job for a short stay in Boston. Really nearby busses and trains so easy to get around and loads of shops and restaurants around. The bathroom was filthy though, but because it is shared I couldn’t put it down to whether it was bad housekeeping or dirty guests. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable enough.

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. I'm so angry with myself for making me experience this. Don't waste your money and don't go to this hotel.

It has a good location, is close to BU, and is relatively cost-effective. It would be even better if the bathroom could be used independently.

The carpet is so dirty 😦 There's someone smoking in the hallway, I'm afraid to open the door, it's quite scary at night. But it looks pretty nice from the outside during the day.

The hygiene conditions were extremely poor; the hallway reeked of beer. On the day of check-in, a large bloodstain was found in the center of the bed sheet, and the previous guest's receipt was still on the table, indicating that even the table hadn't been wiped. The front desk was almost always unattended; you had to call staff for assistance. I stayed six nights, and no one cleaned the room.
