very nice experience with boston harbour

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

It is very suitable for families to travel with children, the location is excellent, and it is convenient to travel! There are also a variety of restaurants to choose from around, to quincy market, waterfront park (there is a small kids park), etc. are also within walking distance! Will stay again next time

Both rooms were clean and the facilities were good. Originally, one had a city view, but it was nice to be able to see the Boston scenery well as both of them had a harbor view.

The staff is VERY attentive to all your needs. It just makes everything easy and more comfortable: room service to concierge to valet parking etc. etc.

What a wonderful hotel! Great helpful competent staff; clean and beautifully designed; great food.

This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at hands down. From the valet to check in and then the room wow! Such a nice room, welcomed with gifts, chocolates, water in a can and glass bottle. The bed is amazing. Seamless check out. They even have umbrellas ready for you to borrow in the closet and at the concierge when you checkout. 10/10.

The location of the property is perfect! You have access to so many things within walking distance and great views. The staff is just incredible as well! If you’re staying in Boston I definitely recommend staying here.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was all very friendly and helpful and the cleaning service is incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure the room is immaculate and you have everything you could possibly need. They wrapped my phone charger and secured it with a tie, cleaned our eyeglasses and left a new lens cleaning cloth. Upon arrival, you’ll find a tall glass bottle of water and some specialty chocolates. Highly recommend.

Everything was up to the highest standards one would expect. Very courteous and professional staff. The property is so truly elegant and artistic.

Very disappointed the pool / gym area were closed. Bar closing early in the evening was surprising too, considering posted hours.
