I appreciate the clean hotel and neighborhood. I felt safe as a solo business traveler and would recommend this hotel and location. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Friendly staff helped with a very late check in. Comfortable bed, brand new room and bathroom. Great location next to T. Continental breakfast was not outstanding but perfectly fine.

Spotless room and only 20 minute walk to the waterfront. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Bedroom was on the smaller size but had large bathrooms. Valet parking was excellent and provided quick service for our early morning flight out. Will be back!

Very load was like sleeping on the street and the metro where shaking th e hole building. Alltså the guests in the other rooms where heard Easley. If you like to sleep I cannot recommend it

Upon arrival, Trip.com did not have the correct information for the hotel, and it did not match the email I received. I booked two room, and they only saw one room from Trip.com. The women behind the desk saw my email and said they will get the second room squared away. Not only did they get the second room for me; they also put us all in the same area, and they let us check in early. The rooms were very clean, updated, and the bed was comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to the seaport, but not too bad. Truly great stay.

It was just not a friendly place. There were no hellos or how are yous. Straight to business.. need drivers license and credit card. Room was clean except floor kind of dirty. Extremely hot in room. No hook to hang your hand towel by the sink .. had to leave on counter with no chance of drying. For being such a highly rated hotel/ expensive even at discounted price, the continental breakfast lacked everything. From the juice which was essentially flavored water to eggs and oatmeal. I have received better at Best Western’s in the middle of nowhere. Overall not a hotel to write home about.

The hotel is conveniently located right above a red line metro station. The simple complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, and the hotel itself is simply decorated and clean.
