Our experience at this hotel was seriously marred by the treatment we received on the shuttle bus to the airport. After checking out, we boarded the shuttle along with other guests. The driver helped every single person load their luggage onto the shelves—except us. When it was our turn, he just crossed his arms and watched as we struggled to lift our heavy suitcase onto the shelf ourselves. This behaviour made us feel deliberately ignored and even discriminated against. It was as if we were invisible, and the lack of assistance was not only rude but completely unacceptable. We paid a significant amount for our stay and expected to be treated with the same level of respect and service as everyone else. This incident left a very bitter taste, and we are deeply disappointed with how we were treated.

Convenient pick up at the airport (need to call ahead and the shuttle arrives 15-20 min later). Hotel is about 10min from the terminals. Quiet and spacious rooms. Very nice service at the front desk. Gym, pool and laundromats available in the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Very ordinary.

In Boston's summer, it's not easy for a family of three to find a hotel with two large beds (1.5 meters) and a reasonable price! After a long time of research, I finally decided on the hotel for my trip to the East Coast of the United States. I was very satisfied after checking in! Although it is close to the airport, you can use it as a base for Boston tourism! It's an eight-minute walk from the Blue Line subway station and ten minutes to the city center; the hotel offers free airport pick-up, which takes ten minutes one way; the surrounding area is absolutely safe and quiet, and I walked around alone at eleven or twelve o'clock in the evening; the hotel has a swimming pool, gym, laundry room, and a sports center next to it, with green grass, football field, baseball field, and basketball court; capsule coffee is provided in the room, and freshly brewed coffee is provided in the lobby every morning. Like the domestic garden hotel, take-out cups are provided; breakfast is ten dollars, which is very conscientious, but unfortunately I didn't eat it because there are many places to eat around the subway station. I have never stayed in a worse Hilton! I was given a room on the first floor which felt like a basement, cold and damp, I couldn't have had a worse experience. It is far inferior to the neighboring Marriott.
