Our experience at this hotel was seriously marred by the treatment we received on the shuttle bus to the airport. After checking out, we boarded the shuttle along with other guests. The driver helped every single person load their luggage onto the shelves—except us. When it was our turn, he just crossed his arms and watched as we struggled to lift our heavy suitcase onto the shelf ourselves. This behaviour made us feel deliberately ignored and even discriminated against. It was as if we were invisible, and the lack of assistance was not only rude but completely unacceptable. We paid a significant amount for our stay and expected to be treated with the same level of respect and service as everyone else. This incident left a very bitter taste, and we are deeply disappointed with how we were treated.

Convenient pick up at the airport (need to call ahead and the shuttle arrives 15-20 min later). Hotel is about 10min from the terminals. Quiet and spacious rooms. Very nice service at the front desk. Gym, pool and laundromats available in the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Very ordinary.

In Boston's summer, it's not easy for a family of three to find a hotel with two large beds (1.5 meters) and a reasonable price! After a long time of research, I finally decided on the hotel for my trip to the East Coast of the United States. I was very satisfied after checking in! Although it is close to the airport, you can use it as a base for Boston tourism! It's an eight-minute walk from the Blue Line subway station and ten minutes to the city center; the hotel offers free airport pick-up, which takes ten minutes one way; the surrounding area is absolutely safe and quiet, and I walked around alone at eleven or twelve o'clock in the evening; the hotel has a swimming pool, gym, laundry room, and a sports center next to it, with green grass, football field, baseball field, and basketball court; capsule coffee is provided in the room, and freshly brewed coffee is provided in the lobby every morning. Like the domestic garden hotel, take-out cups are provided; breakfast is ten dollars, which is very conscientious, but unfortunately I didn't eat it because there are many places to eat around the subway station. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel and the room, so I recommend the Light of Boston! Black sesame and pistachio latte! It's a bit sweet😀

The room is comfortable, clean and sanitary. It is very convenient to go to the airport. There is a 24-hour bus, which runs every 15 minutes and is free. The room is comfortable and suitable for people who need to rest at the airport for a short period of time.

I have never stayed in a worse Hilton! I was given a room on the first floor which felt like a basement, cold and damp, I couldn't have had a worse experience. It is far inferior to the neighboring Marriott.

The room is large, clean, relatively new, and convenient for transfers. The only problem is that the bus is a minibus with limited seats. If you catch a crowded bus, you may not be able to get on and need to wait for the next bus, especially if you are catching a flight in the morning. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel until 10pm. It is still OK to eat something casually.

The hotel is close to the airport and took the initiative to introduce the shuttle bus to the airport. I said I was going to return the car, and the front desk called me and said they would arrange a car to pick us up at the return point. This service is so thoughtful. We arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock, and the front desk helped us check if there was a vacancy and checked us in early. Stayed for 2 nights, it was not bad, and it was close to the subway. On the third day, I took the hotel bus to the airport, and the driver's attitude was very good all night!

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but other things are good. There is a shuttle bus to the airport. When I arrived at the hotel, my iPhone charging cable was broken and there was no place to buy one around. A lady at the check-in counter was very nice and gave me one, which solved the urgent problem. On the third day, I left the hotel and bought a new one and returned it to the counter. Maybe it will help others in the future.

The room is relatively clean and the hygiene is well maintained. It is relatively close to Boston Airport, and there is an airport shuttle service. The reception at the front desk was quite enthusiastic and I will consider it next time.

The location is okay. The hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. What is unexpected is that when I rented a car, I was also picked up and dropped off by a hotel car. I was very satisfied and it is worth recommending.
