Pros:
The hotel is located right outside the Courthouse subway station, making its location super convenient. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and it's just a short walk to the harbor.
For fitness enthusiasts, you can jog along Fort Point Channel, Charles River, and Boston's historic Downtown in the morning.
The room appears to have been recently redesigned and renovated, targeting a younger demographic. Check-in was efficient, and the room itself was clean, quiet, and well-lit.
The bed is a foldable type that can be flattened or reclined with the push of a button. The bathroom is very spacious and bright.
All windows are outward-facing, and even facing the street, the room is very quiet when the windows are closed.
Its location is definitely the biggest selling point.
Cons:

Clean room and very comfortable bed however the noise at night is INSANE. It sounded like people were racing outside, revving their engines ALL NIGHT. but then you look outside and dont see anything. There was also a bunch of younger adults that came back to their rooms at 3am and proceeded to have their party in the hallway. We needed to call security and they took care of it. But I got no sleep in the 3 nights there

The check in and out was smooth.
The room is very cleverly laid out to fit in as many facilities as possible which is good because it’s very small. The bed slides in to make way to walk past the bottom of it.
Sheets were clean but the shower wasn’t.
The air conditioning is very noisy so hard to sleep. We booked this hotel based on the rooftop seating but we’re unable to use it because it was closed off for a corporate event. Location is good for the airport and walking into Boston.

This hotel is really good value for the price. It's easy to find and close to the South Station. The area feels safe, it's clean, and the staff are helpful and responsive to issues. Overall, I recommend it.

The room was small with bunk beds, but the hotel is in a great central location. The surrounding area is nice, right by the sea, and there are plenty of shops nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this hotel.

Used this hotel as my base for Scotland's time in Boston for the World Cup. Location was ideal (near South Station but also walkable for most of the things I wanted to see in the city), check in was seamless and the rooms - while small - are well kitted out and very clean. Staff were nice and helpful too. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is clean and in a great location. Unfortunately the rooms are far too small. I understand that there is a Japanese compact theme going on for the rooms but it would be useful to potential guests for this to be clearly spelt out in the booking information. There is no room for two suitcases and very limited space to put clothing. The bed becomes the settee and vice versa. When the bed is down it is very cramped and difficult to navigate around it because the suitcases are on the floor. The US is known for big rooms, big beds, and big servings of food. You would not expect to find such small rooms in a U.S. hotel.

I really didn't like the high parking fee. I didn't bother to look for alternatives and just paid, as I didn't see any other parking lots nearby.
