Hôtel Mercure Paris Boulogne

This hotel is excellent for the sporting events in the area, in this case, Roland Garros. It’s a 25 minute walk to the stadium which sounds a lot but that’s mainly because when you get near the stadium, there’s a lot of traffic direction. The double room was spacious with good facilities. The breakfast was excellent, really busy as the hotel was packed with tennis people, but everything was kept well stocked. The bar area looks like it’s designed for children (low tables and cushion chairs) but was comfortable enough when getting back from the stadium at nearly midnight and we could still get a drink. Definitely recommend.

We stayed at Residnece Aurmat from 31/5-7/6 in 2023 for French Open at the Roland Garros. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to travel in the southern quiet part of Paris. In particular, if you are planning to watch French Open, this is an ideal hotel:10 minutes walk to Roland Garros. If you are traveling over Paris, the Metro is within 5 minutes’ walk. You feel safe to walk even at 10pm in the evening. In the daytime, you could stroll along the road leisurely and buy souvenirs. You can also find nice bakery shops nearby for breakfast. There is a flea market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Don’t miss! Good bargain buys! The hotel room is admittedly small but it has everything in, ranging from a small kitchen, TV, small but a clean bathroom and above all, a very comfortable bed. The owner, David, is most helpful. Many thanks, David! Philip Hong Kong

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very happy during our stay. The room was very clean and very well equipped. The bath room and air condition worked perfectly. The bed rooms were very nice and we could have a very good sleep. It's was an amazing hotel with very reasonable price. The staff was very polite and helpful. When we checked out and came back to Thailand, we found that my daughter had left a brand-new MIU MIU wallet which is very expensive in the hotel safe. We called to the hotel and finally the front lady could help to get the wallet and return it to us by mail. We truly appreciate her help and would like to thank her otherwise the wallet would be lost and my daughter would be very sad. If possible, we would return to stay there again. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately I was here for business so I did not select my hotel. The rooms are small; there was no space to fully open my suitcase. I was there for two weeks. It would probably be ok for a weekend trip, but not more. The worst part was probably no air conditioning and I was on a very high floor. The option was sweat to death at night or leave the window open and get eaten by mosquitoes. It was very unpleasant. As for the cleaning, I only got service about once every five days. Once when I came back there was a sugar packet wrapper in my sink, the trash wasn't taken out and the towels/toilet paper wasn't replaced so I had to go down and ask for it at the desk. It looked like someone stopped mid cleaning.

Was visiting Paris to watch the tennis at Roland Garros. The hotel is reasonably priced for the amenities/time of the year. Breakfast was pretty good and front desk was very helpful with the multitude of questions (with some good hearted banter at a point) given my first time in Paris. Bonus brownie points for the pre-printed directions/travel options to get to Roland Garros which was at a very walkable distance and simple.
Le Parchamp, Paris Boulogne, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I asked on checking in on a Friday if I could use the same room for the work reservation I had from Sunday night. Receptionist said this wasn't an issue. I reminded the reception on Sunday morning and they had no record of my request from Friday but they said they would look after it. 3 hours later while in Paris city centre, I was telephoned by the same reception asking why I hadn't checked out of my room. They had no recollection of my conversation with them earlier that morning. When I checked in, the reception recommended we use their rooftop bar. However, when we went to to rooftop bar we were told we couldn't use it as it was reserved for a private party. There wasn't any notice in the lifts or elsewhere to indicate the rooftop bar was reserved. Overall, the staff in different sections of this hotel don't communicate with each other and this causes problems with guests.
