J'ai donc sejourne 2 nuits du 16/09 au 18/09 2024 dans cet hotel calme non loin des commodites.L'acceuil de la responsable Julia etait tres bien et celui de Maxime etait au top avec tous les clients que j'ai vu.Ils sont symapathiques et au petit soin avec nous.Je recommande cet hotel et je retournerai sans hesitation en son sein.

Accueil au top , chambre d'une superficie suffisante pour le peu de temps que dure notre séjour, literie plutôt bonne, personnel a disposition et prêt à nous satisfaire,malgré que le cuisinier avait démissionné il nous on ouvert le restaurant mis a disposition verre a pied,couvert ...juste pour nous on as pu se faire livrer un repas et le déguster a table. Nous recommandons Merci

A pure scandal. After booking this establishment on the campanile website, I received validation of my reservation the same day. However, the next morning, I had a cancellation of my reservation, the hotel being apparently full. The customer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions (general conditions of sale), but the hotelier has no constraints. I had to look for another establishment. This is the first time this has happened to me and I didn't think it was possible. Avoid booking on the campanile website, prefer a reservation platform.
