Le lieu est charmant au prime abord mais témoigne d’un certain laisse aller… chasse d’eau qui coule continuellement dans les sanitaires de la chambre, réfrigérateur très sale à disposition dans une pièce ressemblant à une cave à l’arrière de la cuisine, piscine qui ne semble pas être chauffée tellement l’eau est froide, hammam hors d’usage et 13€ pour un petit déjeuner de piètre qualité dans une vaisselle ébréchée c’est clairement abusé ! Passés tous ces « détails », séjourner à l’hôtel de Digoine reste une expérience atypique !

Un endroit hors du temps que nous avons adoré. Un propriétaire de 72 ans bien méritant puisqu'il s'est retrouvé seul pour tout gérer. Réservation, ménage etc...puisqu'il n'a pas trouvé de personnel pour cette saison. On se croirait en Asie, et on y voyage dans chaque pièce du domaine .Très atypique c'est vrai mais ce fut un merveilleux séjour. Literie impeccable, petit déjeuner copieux et piscine intérieure juste incroyable. Je recommande sans problème.

La promesse, un week-end familial dans une maison de caractère hors du temps (nous avons loué toutes les chambres). La réalité a été tout autre. Propreté qui laisse à désirer (chambres en premier lieu, un conseil: ne vous aventurez pas dans la cuisine), climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas dans la plupart des chambres, matelas très durs dans certaines, service inexistant (certains lits n'avaient pas été préparés et lorsque nous l'avons dit on nous a juste donné des draps, à nous de les mettre, les chambres n'ont pas été faites pour la 2ème nuit), Wifi coupé à partir d'une certaine heure. L'accueil a été absolument lamentable: nos convives ont été invectivés car nous sommes arrivés tardivement le premier soir et il a fallu interrompre notre week-end car le propriétaire nous a indiqué qu'il avait besoin de fermer à 13h le 2ème jour pour aller faire autre chose, du jamais vu!!

This place is amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful. Everything should stay here one night just to see this cool building and what they have done with it. We stayed in a room with view towards the river. I recommend this, there are a market right outside the room in the morning. Really cool place.
