Nous avons fait une nuit étape. Très bon accueil téléphonique avant notre arrivée le jour même et dans les 15 minutes qui ont suivies. Chambre propre Tout c’est très bien passer. Le lit un peu trop mou. Par contre, le prix du petit déjeuner nous le trouvons un peu élever car nous ne consommons pas pour 13€ par personnes

Arrived late in the afternoon but that was no problem. We liked the hotel very much. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and a decent size, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Quiet area but the hotel is a bit out of the way, so this is not a city center hotel. Own fenced parking. That said, I think this could be an excellent hotel for visits to nearby areas, such as Lyon. If we return to the Bourgoin-Jallieu area, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Good and varied breakfast. Recommended!

chambre top avec les enfants: canapé lit, 2tv. attention au 2eme etage sans ascenceur. il manquait 2 serviettes pour notre chambre de 4. montée d escalier propre mais qui a une odeur acre. petit dejeuné tres sympa avec une pate à tartiner sans huile de palme. eviter la salade de fruit indistrielle vraiment pas interessante. monsieur avec chapeau sympa souriant qui veut bien faire: type jo club med, sa collegue moins dynamique lui dit « on va se calmer c est le week end » : remarque un peu limite devant la clientele.

Nous avons déjeuné ce matin,Isabelle et Sarah nous on accueilli avec sourire et gentillesse ,j’ai rarement rencontrer un personnel aussi responsable le buffet était parfait tout était très propreBravo à Isabelle et Sarah pour leur professionnalisme, de plus les chambres sont agréables bravo je conseille

Vraiment quand vous prenez une chambre dans cet hôtel, payé au prix fort, qu'on vous donne une chambre sans vous prévenir qu'elle est communicante avec une autre, et bien vous vous retrouvez réveillé à 2h30 du matin avec le voisin qui met la TV puis qui ronfle. Nuit fichue. Et personnel peu réactif le lendemain matin (ah si juste pour dire que c'est normal car c'est une chambre communicante). Bref on s'attend à un bon hôtel et on se retrouve dans une chambre avec un niveau d insonorisation digne d un hôtel discount... A fuir

Ayant apprécié cet hôtel lors d'un précédent passage, nous sommes revenus cette année en confiance pour plusieurs nuitées. Or, bien que la chambre faisait partie d'une aile totalement restaurée, celle-ci s'est avérée décevante. En effet: isolation phonique totalement inexistante (on entend les voisins uriner ou discuter au téléphone, éternuer et autres). Pas de sèche-serviette ou radiateur dans le salle de douche; pas de brosse à WC, un éclairage inefficace avec le revêtement mural assombrissant, espace à deux lits jumeaux avec une des lumières de chevet mal placée. Penderie réduite. Pas de poubelle dans la chambre (juste celle de la salle de bain). Points positifs: plateau de courtoisie, parking extérieur gratuit fermé la nuit, possibilité d'acheter des pizzas.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel come sosta intermedia in un itinerario nella dordogna.Piu che un hotel è un motel,quindi non si può pretendere molto da questi tipi di alloggi.Per il resto è gestito bene non manca nulla,se devo fare un appunto è che la stanza è un po' claustrofobica,il prezzo basso compensa tutto
