Do not ever stay at this hotel!! The staff and management are beyond unprofessional. Alarmingly, my teen nephew found a pair of bloody underwear in a drawer, and when we then asked the front desk and management for another nicer room and/or a discount (which they should have been anxious to do considering what we saw and how unsanitary the condition of the room was) they offered nothing but to move to another room, which was just more of an inconvenience to us. When I told them this solution was not acceptable and I had no choice but to give them the awful review that they deserved, the management told me I was "threatening" them and I could leave the hotel. Unbelievably horrible experience - I have never ever seen such a disgusting thing and their lack of customer service is alarming. Also, they had notes on the door of the breakfast buffet stating that if anyone took food out of the restaurant, they were being videotaped and would be ejected from the hotel and will never be permitted to rent a room again. They treat you like an absolute criminal at this place. Stay away.

The room was newly remodeled as were all the rooms in this wing of the building. They even had a sign at the desk to ask for a newly remodeled room. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was easy to get to off of Rt 50 or Rt 3 and only a ten minute drive to the metro station, giving easy access to DC. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Free parking, good internet, good breakfast.

The stay was fine. The hotel is an older but generally in good condition. Mattress was worn out and not comfortable.

Everything was great except the elevator. It was show and only one was working. It wasn't terrible but at one point I took the stairs because of how long it was taking. Other than that small complaint everything was great. Excellent cleanliness excellent staff and very nice updated rooms

The first room that was given to us had a strong smell that was unbearable. The first floor hallway lights were dark and looks unsafe to walk around.

I was disappointed that my room smelled like smoke and after bringing it to staff attention, nothing was done. I had three rooms and all had same issues The housekeeper came to room next day and changed out bathroom towels but didn’t make bed or clean room. I was truly disappointed.
