Booked a studio room , upon entry to the room it was furnished and styled to a really high standard , but sadly the sound proofing was average , the room is approximately 30 meters from a very busy road and from 5am traffic there was very heavy , meaning the room was very noisy.. certainly wouldn’t book a studio room again ..

Nice place to stair but the stairs are ridiculus Room was comfortable. Not having parking at the reception was odd. The number of stairs required to navigate was ridiculous. We were aware there was no lift and were prepared to walk up stairs to the second floor but after we got onto the second floor there was three more sets of stairs for what seemed for no reason. I suggest a ramp running through the garden to end of building with connections to the various levels would be a better solution than terracing the walkway with stairs.

We were a family of five in the area for a wedding and had two rooms. We were impressed by the room size and the clean kitchen and kitchen amenities. We did have some issues with the booking which we did through Accor. We were called by the property a few days before about an aspect of the booking and it turned out that they had only one room booked even though we had a confirmation email. They said that there had been a few issues with the booking system. It would have been pretty poor if we had arrived and been told that there was only one room -- fortunately that was all sorted. We are Accor Plus members and there was no mention of an upgrade -- if the place was full, that is no problem but again it didn't seem to be part of the booking that the place had? It may be that the property is still in the process of transfer from Wyndham to Accor? Anyway, if the communication between booking systems is sorted, we would be happy to return -- the rooms were comfortable and reception was friendly.

Perhaps our fourth/fifth stay? First two nights occupied by close friends - they said thanks very much. We arrived to check in after them for two nights on the busiest changeover day, Sunday! Extra clean was delayed by about 3 hours! On-duty manger was apologetic. Offered late check-out of 3 hours. Thanks! In the hospitality industry these things happen.

A quick overnight stay. I used points so it didn't cost. The location is a bit odd, tucked away amonbst some industrial areas. It was very comfortable for 3 with a roll out bed and had every thing we needed to make breakfast. It does have ridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave toaster etc. We were a latee arivall and keeys were left as per arrangement and access descriptions were perfect
