I stayed in the appartments across the road for a work course. I arrived at 8am just to leave my car for the day (pre arranged) and my room was ready so I checked in. From the moment I checked in I had no issues. The lady at reception was friendly and said they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment, although I was by myself I didn’t mind. Very spacious and clean. Car parking was great! Wifi was good. The bed was comfortable. The only suggestion would be a small TV in the bedroom would be good. Overall the 3 nights were great for what I needed, I would definitely stay again.

I always stay in this hotel whenever I am in Melbourne. Reason is because public transport is convenient and there are lots of restaurants around. The hotel is just a 2 minutes walk to Boxhill Central.

This property definitely has some positives. The price is cheap for an apartment and it's very close to Box Hill Central and pretty close to Box Hill Hospital. The staff were able to get us in to our room early which was also very handy. The negatives, the amenities feel cheap, the double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses pushed together, and the mattresses were very thin. The couch was the same it just felt cheap and poor quality. The other negative with this property was the odor in the corridor which smelt like a mixture of cigarettes and stale cooking smells, although within the apartment we were in there was no odor so that was a positive. If you need somewhere for a short stay in and around Box Hill this property is quite ok, but be realistic about what you are expecting at the price point

We booked a superior two bedroom for 3 adults and one kid for 6 nights. Overall was good, more like self service hotel, if you need to arrange someone to clean your room, you will need to pay extra Aud 20 each time. The price was reasonable with such a spacious room, nice city view and facilities were pretty good. Will book again if I go to Melbourne again with family.

The front desk service is good. You can get anything you need from the front desk. The surrounding area is very convenient. It is very suitable for Chinese families, especially those with the elderly. There are many Chinese food options. There are coles and woolworths in the mall next door, as well as a large chemist. It is very suitable for buying souvenirs. It is also very fast to bring back to the apartment if you buy a lot. The mall can lead to the train station. It is very close. Although it is a little far from the city center, it is acceptable to take the train. It is mainly for the elderly. The surrounding area is convenient. The only thing is that the walkway does have a garbage smell, which deducts a little point, but it disappears when you enter the room. It is ok. I have a good impression of Melbourne.
