After staying for four days, no cleaning staff came to clean the room. Guests were asked to take away the garbage in the room when checking out. Towels, napkins and toilet paper in the bathroom were not replaced, and toiletries were not added.

This hotel must be highly recommended, the room is super big! ! The toilet alone is probably the size of a room in the city. The room is big enough to have a party. There are pots and pans in the room that you can use to fire up at home. There is also a washing machine that comes with laundry detergent, which is super considerate. Unfortunately, there is no gym and it is not far from Box Hill. It’s only about a 3-minute walk and is worth the experience (unfortunately, there is no gym)

There was a piece of wrapping paper in a small corner, and the rest of the hygiene was OK. What was unpleasant was that someone called the fire department on the first day of stay. It was 12:30 in the middle of the night and it was 1 degree outside. Everyone had to go downstairs, and two fire trucks came. The firefighters looked around and found no problem. Everyone went back to sleep. After about 20 minutes, the fire truck 🚒 drove away and turned back, and everyone went downstairs again. Some people were really impatient. Apart from this, everything else was OK. The transportation to the station is about 8 minutes walk, and there is a restaurant opposite that serves Xiaolongbao and Xiaowonton.

The location is convenient, but the washing machine cannot be used at all times. Except for the fact that there is no service staff at the front desk during working hours, you will never be able to contact the staff in case of emergency. The room is comfortable and clean, and the service staff is very friendly and can patiently answer questions. When checking out, they can actively solve the problem. There is a CW pharmacy next to the hotel, there is a chapel, there is a park, and there is Chinese food. When I left, I found that the original sofa was fine. Turning into a sofa bed is a good choice for staying. It would be more perfect if the TV programs can be enriched.
