Fabulous little boutique hotel. Reception was fantastic and we really wished we could stay longer.
Dinner was great and the host was a real lovely character who made our evening.
Breakfast was also 5 Star.
Views from our room even though the weather was a bit stormy

This a beautiful property overlooking Lago Bracciano. It’s incredibly peaceful and picturesque. We loved our stay here and the hotel surprised us with an upgraded room. We loved the wellness area and the food in the restaurant is delicious!
Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed when we were there and that was a disappointment but we were able to use the spa area and indoor pool which was awesome.
We will certainly return - we had an amazing stay!

We had a one night stay here after a cruise and before heading into Rome and we wished we could have stayed longer! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and staff are so helpful. We did not have a car and were able to arrange transportation through the hotel. Once there it was easy to walk to the Lake or to town. The best part is the restaurant - eating here is a must and was one of the best meals of our trip. We will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional location and property. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Bracciano and the surrounding towns are very well worth exploring. The etruscan necropolis in cerveteri is only 20 min away.
Wonderful way to relax either at the beginning or end of a trip to Rome.

Stupendo soggiorno in una struttura perfetta e curata nei minimi particolari. Tutti i servizi previsti sono risultati adeguatamente presenti. Di qualità la colazione. Eccellente la disponibilità del personale. Mozzafiato la posizione con una vista sul lago e sul castello meravigliosa. Tanto verde e ben tenuto. Esperienza positiva e da ripetere. Bravissimi

All the personnel were very helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious.
The location is spectacular (only 50 minutes from FCO), within walking distance from town yet quiet and surrounded by nature. The Lake Bracciano view alone, is worth the visit!

Abbiamo scelto Vigna Caio per la nostra vacanza di relax di quest'anno, e non ci siamo pentiti. Le cose più importanti per noi: Camera bellissima: ben arredata, pulita, insonorizzata, con un terrazzo grande angolare: da un lato vista castello, dall'altro lato vista lago. Per noi era importante anche l'alta velocità di WiFi. Il letto king-size e cuscini super comodi. Forse era uno dei letti più comodi che ho mai trovato in un hotel! Bellissima piscina esterna con acqua salata, con jacuzzi. Come ho capito, piscina è riscaldata perciò l'acqua era sempre molto confortevole per fare il bagno. La spa è molto carina, inclusa nel prezzo della camera. Colazione buona, c'era sia dolce che salato, con i prodotti locali bio buonissimi. Abbiamo cenato un paio di volte nel ristorante dell'hotel ed era un'ottima esperienza. Tutto era delizioso, in più hanno una bella scelta dei vini. Il personale era molto gentile e super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Saluti a signora Paola, signora Tiziana, signor Alessandro! Ci siamo innamorati di questa struttura e del Bracciano in generale, ci piacerebbe ritornare anche l'anno prossimo!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa location favolosa, la camera raffinata in ogni dettaglio con terrazzo e e vista sul lago mozzafiato, Bellissima la piscina appena inaugurata , personale qualificato, ottima la pulizia e ricca la colazione . Il ristorante gourmet con menù locale e internazionale. Esperienza da ripetere
