One night stay on Saturday, easy access, good parking, very friendly staff. we were in the refurbished part, nice room, new electronics, great shower except no place to put soap bars. bed was very comfortable. Good WIFI and tv. Breakfast simple but sufficient for me.

Arrived here, purposely booked this hotel for the fitness room and FREE HOT breakfast included with booking. When we arrived the fitness centre is closed, they are short staffed so “can’t guarantee your room will be cleaned or stocked.”, went to have breakfast this morning, were informed they don’t do the hot breakfast at all anymore. They had juice, yogurt, muffins and cereal if that’s your thing. The rooms and hallway smell, and not clean. For over $200 a night, we’re extremely disappointed. We’re there now. Also, not their fault but the rooms are not very sound proof, trying to sleep with your neighbours sounding like they’re falling through the roof is not great. We’ve travelled many times and never have been interrupted so badly by other people’s noise.

The beds are so comfortable. The venue very clean. Lots of pressure in the shower. Breakfast was disappointing but would do in a pinch. There are many restaurants close by, if you prefer. Staff friendly & helpful. Lots of parking.

Stayed one night on our way to Santa’s Village. Booked two double rooms and was given an adjoining room next to the couple we were traveling with. Great for the kids to roam back and forth. Comfortable beds, quiet and clean room. Can’t wait to return.

Excellent Victoria day escape for our family! We loved the cosy and clean rooms. The breakfast was quite decent! Rob at the front desk was a friendly guy to chat with! This was our second time staying here. Would highly recommend!

Aug.29,2022 I was on a Lawn bowling tournament in Bracebridge. Check in at Sleep Inn at 4 PM. There were 4 people ahead of us . The front desk was great and we were served in 10 minute .The room are very comfortable and the price are reasonable. A lot of restaurant in the area walking distance. I will go back at Sleep Inn again when I go to another tournament in Bracebridge. The price is right. FJ. Toronto,Ont.

There were 2 people ahead of us at check-In but it was over 45 minutes before we were able to get to the desk. There was only one attendant and the people ahead of us had a lost reservation. Annoying but fine…. It happens. Then, our room key doesn’t work, we get replacements and those don’t work either. It’s now been over an hour and we still aren’t in our room…. The one front desk attendant is the ONLY person working and came up to let us in with a key…. But this meant delaying other peoples checkin so she could come upstairs with us. We finally get in and the tv does not work or turn on…. The list goes on. All small things but the build up of items is really frustrating. The hotel looks completely dishelved, and dirty (the rooms however were clean enough though… the one and only saving grace. I should add the girl at the desk was very pleasant but clearly overwhelmed. These issues are not her fault but she’s been left alone to handle them. I saw other people heading back to the desk with tv remotes and keys… so I imagine we aren’t the only people having trouble. Anyways, we’ve previously stayed at the Quality Inn on ecclestone and will return there next time. We won’t come back here. Comparable price but absolutely not a comparable experience.

Well…checking in was a disaster. Was told shortage of staff causing delays. Probably waited an hour. Originally assigned to first floor but ended up on second floor. No elevators. Only one person at front desk. The room appeared okay. Quite large with a nice shower. TV worked fine. Only fridge, coffee maker in room. Not the most appealing place to stay but not the worst. Needs an overhaul with serious renovations and a good cleaning. Location is good. Quite pricey for what you get.
