The Courtyard Sarasota at University Town Center is in a great location, within walking distance of Mall at UTC and Nathan Benderson Park. Well managed facility meets all Marriott/Bonvoy - Courtyard boxes incl. parking. Professional, efficient and friendly check-in. Room & bathroom are clean, spacious and quiet. Good water pressure in shower and fluffy towels available. Very good competitive price point and solid product. Would most certainly happily return.

The hotel is spotless. The rooms are large with lots of storage/drawers. The staff are great and make you feel at home. This is the best Courtyard I’ve stayed in. I can’t comment on the food as we ate elsewhere. It’s very close to many shops, restaurants and bars - easily walkable.

This just might be the Best Courtyard by Marriott we have ever stayed at. Great big spacious room , plenty of parking , Professional Staff & great location. Located just off Interstate 75 there is shopping & many Restaurants close by. Highly Recommend this Hotel if you are staying in Sarasota area.

Great hotel for the price. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and appears to be fairly newly renovated. Hotel is basically in a shopping plaza, so relatively convenient location. Solid choice for the price point.

Had an Amazing stay at the Marriot Courtyard Sarasota:The staff: Jeneane(Assistant General Manager and the front Desk clerk Alejandro were instrumental in helping my mother-in-law with a situation and it was Quickly resolved.

Lacrosse trip saved by awesome staff! We had to book through a Third party and it got all screwed up - it was cancelled . I arrived at 1 am very stressed because we had no room and the team needed to stay together. I was greeted by a gentleman who understood and did his best to accommodate us at the same rate successfully. The next day we were in another bad situation. I met Jeneane and she immediately went to work to make sure our stay was uninterrupted and pleasant as can be . Wow ! This is a top notch hotel in their commitment to guest services and satisfaction . A sure disaster was averted and a wonderful time was had ! Thank you!

We traveled to Sarasota for the state marching band championships last weekend and had 65 students and 20 adults stay at this phenomenal hotel. The group sales team was phenomenal and Sylma was an expert at facilitating catering for dinner, breakfasts for our students, and a gathering room! Our entire weekend went smoothly and we’ll definitely be returning if we are ever traveling in the area again!

While my room was average, or what I expected for a Courtyard, what made this special for me, were the nicely designed common areas, lovely outdoor terrace, and Sandy, who works at the cafe. Sandy knows customer service and how to take care of her customers with humor. In a great area that is close to many shops and restaurants; easy access off I-75.
