Incredible experience, sensational service, positively surprised

Small and exquisite hotel, clean and tidy, friendly service staff and convenient location. Breakfast is very cheap, coffee and pastries are delicious, raspberries and blueberries are of good quality

I booked with breakfast, but in the booking confirmation it appeared without. The air conditioning and, therefore, the temperature of the room, are controlled by the employees... unreal... right next door there is a church that, at 7 am, decides to ring the bells every day... nobody deserve...

Noisy, room not dark, friendly people

Very good attention, professionalism and kindness, not a single complaint, all very curious and the breakfast very complete and rich.

Super central hotel, tiny, I imagine it was recently renovated since the facilities were very good, all the employees very friendly and pleasant, the rooms (102) very good, perhaps a little small, for my taste it would need a little bigger to to be more relaxed, those that face the pedestrian street can hear some noises when people pass by screaming, the correct breakfast has almost everything to make a good breakfast but the room is small and you have to ask for an hour for breakfast. But in general it's very good, it doesn't have a garage, it has arranged one about 150/200 meters away and there is another very large public more or less at the same height. I would definitely go back and recommend it.

Great staff when we weren't happy with the room we booked, they quickly upgraded us with extra charges. Very clean and great location

The hotel was in a great location, close to shopping, tourist attractions and dining. The staff at the front desk was very helpful in providing dining options and sights to see. We had a lovely balcony which on the first day we were able to use but couldn’t on the second due to inclement weather. We were across from a church which at first was a concern due to the bells, but at 8 pm they no longer rang until 8 o’clock the next morning. Which means we were able to get a good nights sleep. The welcome drink of a glass of white wine or bubbly was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this property and the next time I visit Braga, I would stay there.

Lovely old hotel right in the centre. Perfect position for exploring Braga. Hotel reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit cramped. It would benefit from a few more drawers.

The area is good, it is a tourist area, shops, restaurants, and banks are all closed by. The cons is the room is small, and no work desk. The staffs are wonderful.

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was fairly basic but enough to start the day. Doesn't have parking or cater for cyclists which may be troublesome for those keen enough to cycle the Camino.

Excellent location in old Braga. Historical sites within walking distance. Restaurants and shopping all within short walking distances. Located on a pedestrian only street. Located within walking distance of bus station. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great property, great location, and amazing staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was amazing; all of them…especially Iris. No complaints at all.
