The hall door to the accessible room that we booked did not latch unless pulled. (The door had an automatic opener/closer. The last day we informed the desk staff so that it could get adjusted.) The room was dimly, lit additional lighting would be VERY helpful. The handheld shower had a very weak flow. The handicapped accessible bathroom was spacious with appropriate grab bars and a shower seat that could be attached to the tub. However the web site said that the room had a ”roll-in” shower, this room did not and the stepover into the tub was quite high! The room itself was spacious with an area to meet with friends which was fairly well lit. The cleanliness of the room and the lack of carpeting in most of the room was a plus. Several light switches did not seem to do anything. Breakfast was evidently optional, but included in our rate. Each ”guest” was asked for their room number upon entering the breakfast area. The food was well stocked but all of the hot food was prepared elsewhere so the egg dishes were not ”restaurant” quality. The hot items changed the two days we were there. The French toast and pancakes (two different days) were okay. The sausage and bacon (two different days) were well cooked, not overdone. THere were many additional options including a choice of cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices, milk including almond and chocolate, ”bagels”, toast and other commercially produced baked goods.
