Holiday Inn Express Branson-Green Mountain Drive

Had actual breakfast food that included eggs, sausage, etc which was a big plus!!! Staff was friendly. Room: sheets, towels, bathroom was clean. Carpets were dirty, and chair inside room was dirty (see photo). Booked with Trip.com which doesn’t give me leverage to have my price adjusted for a dirty room.

Room was clean but the carpet had multiple stains. Steam cleaning the carpet regularly would be a huge improvement. Bathroom was tiny with little counter space and shower head is low, so anyone taller than 5’8” will find showering difficult. The employees we encountered were pleasant.

This hotel is not clean at all. I asked twice about there being BED BUGS in our bed. We were all waking up with bites every morning! The 2nd time I went to the front desk about it they fianlly "checked" one bed not the other and offer to change the sheets. They told me it was "probably a chigger just causing some problems in the bed" Guess what?! 6 weeks later we found a bed bug in our house!!! I know it came from that hotel, even though I washed everything before I brought our stuff into the house. Everything! That's how sure I was that there were bugs in this hotel. The staff did NOT take it seriously. We have spend $1000 on treating our house. We will not be back and I have advised anyone I know going to Branson not to stay here! We travel several times a year and we have never ever had this happen before!

Pros: pool & hot tub, the breakfast and the staff. This hotel is really great if you are looking for a non-packed, laid back place with a GREAT continental breakfast and awesome staff. Beware of your room location. We got put directly next to the elevator and what seemed like steam pipes or something because that's all we could hear all night. If you are a light sleeper or have a hard time getting to sleep with excess noise, make sure you know what room you're getting. We didn't hear a lot of hallway noise so I think it was just our location. We would stay here again but we will be weary of our room location. Another really awesome note though I want to make sure i mention is the gift shop. Small but has a lot of options from allergy meds to pool floaties and ar exceptionally reasonable prices.

Loved the late pool & hot tub hours! And free breakfast was delicious. With alot of options. Very comfortable beds!

The shower had amazing pressure and the water was hot instantly. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great and well stocked. The pool was plenty big for the hotel and was warm. Rhonda,the girl at the front desk, for check in and our first evening was very helpful and super kind. Makayla and the girl working with her the following day were also very helpful and kind. I have never stayed at a hotel with nicer staff. We stay in Branson often but this was our first visit to this hotel and we will definitely be back!

The ceiling in our room had a noticeable leak, a live cockroach was on the floor of our bathroom after our first night of our stay, and the pillow was a pancake within an hour of laying on it. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and kind. The facility needs some updating/improvement to get to the expected level of quality compared to what we’ve grown to expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Great time ! Too bad some thing doesn’t get built as you look out your window. But your place can’t do anything abt that. Very clean and staff was great!
