Upon arrival we had to call someone to have come to the front desk and then he seemed hasty that we called. Got to the room and the AC had been off for awhile. It was probably 90 degrees and the room never really cooled down until after we went to sleep. The room also smelled very stale because of no air movement. There was a large gap under the door that did not seal and light could clearly be seen around and under the door.

We have stayed here off and on for over 20 years. The last couple years it has begun to look more and more rundown. It is clean, but old carpet etc
Staff were very friendly. We really miss the dessert and soft serve ice cream that used to be available each evening

We came down for a little mini vacation without the kids. We picked this hotel because of the good reviews it has received and the breakfast it offers. This hotel was not the fanciest hotel or the cleanest but it was a very nice hotel and was clean!! No bugs no rodents. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable however the bed was way too firm for our liking. The breakfast was surprisingly very tasty and so many options to choose from. Everything was cooked fresh and was heated properly. We loved the make your own waffles. We had no problems whatsoever except we are not smokers and our room reeked of cigarette smoke during our stay which is common in most places nowadays even when they are 100% smoke free like this establishment is.
We are overall very happy and will be returning customers

There were moldy muffins out for breakfast, the biscuits were hard and dry. The Internet service ******, so if you are on a business trip do not plan on staying here because you will get nothing done if you need Internet. The floors were gross, they need to do major dusting and cleaning. The refrigerator barely kept anything cold. There are definitely not enough outlets, and our chargers kept falling out of the one's that did work. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There were stains on the chairs and they were rickety too.

This hotel was very average. They had bleached washcloths on the vanity with a sign taped to the mirror saying that they were makeup removal towels. They had a sign on the mirror telling replacement costs for very odd items.
The dessert reception that they advertised on their website was not happening - they said that this was no longer happening.
The breakfast was not at all like the pictures on their website. It was okay. The Breakfast area was not real nice. Didn't feel real clean.
The room was clean.
