Thousand Hills Resort Hotel

First of all I will say we have been booking properties with Thousand Hills Branson Mo. for 30 years. Cabins and condos. We have mostly been pleased except for a few years ago when the cabin had bats in the loft and left droppings on our bed and clothes which we thought was mice but were told it was bats! Just returned from our most recent visit in June 2024 and wow!! Hot water tank leaking on carpet in master bedroom and air temp was 84 degrees. So hot and was not cooling down. They said they would bring us a portable air conditioner but they never showed up. Went to Walmart and bought a fan. We were a family of 5 and only 4 washcloths in unit for 4 days! Fixed breakfast and only 3 spoons for 5 people! No dishcloths at all. Woke up 2 different nights with something crawling on me. Second night it was quite large. Also had ants in the bed the next morning. Slept on sofa the rest of the night as we were leaving the next morning. We did contact the office about the air conditioner and was told they had no other properties to move us to when they had a vacancy sign outside. Had I known about the bugs or spiders in the bed I would have left the first night! We love to come to Branson and do frequently but no more at Thousand Hills Resort. Steve

Staff were friendly at check in and check out. Hotel is very outdated. Room furniture was old and carpet did not look clean. Water pressure nearly nonexistent and not a lot of hot water for shower. Not a lot of parking near the front and back parking is on a very steep hill

Everyone from the front desk at check in/check out to the wait staff at the restaurant/bar was fantastic! Very polite and accommodating

We stayed here on our Branson trip. The Hotel was in a decent location and our room was nice. It has an indoor and outdoor pool and a jacuzzi which we did not use. The buffet breakfast was nice although there wasn't much variety on the menu, but it was included, so it was a great bonus for folks who stay at the hotel. The only complaint we had was that although we stayed 3 days, our room was never made up during our stay. It would have been nice to have had new towels, the second day, but overall, this was a good place to stay.

Me and my fiancé had a great stay! The only thing I would say that wasn’t even a big deal at all was that there was a few things that were broken like one of the toilet paper holders. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very nice and I felt comfortable and safe the whole time!

So much fun!!!!! Going back and staying in the fall!!!!! Thank you thousand hills for a great weekend getaway!!!!!

Great all around stay!

My children and I stayed for the weekend it was nothing short from amazing we had a blast the hotel was amazing

Was very nice! The only complaint was that the pool was closed one night due to a glass spill but they promptly cleaned it and got it refilled and it wasn’t their fault!
