Can't say enough about the excellent, caring service at Home2Suites Brantford! Thanks, dear Marilyn and Sangeeta, for making our stay extra special. My mom's face was filled with joy when she saw the balloons, treats and card you placed in our room for her 98th birthday celebration! The rooms and lobby are super clean, the breakfast fantastic, the pool and gym wonderful. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel. Staff was great and attentive. Ethan at the front desk was especially great. We got a room first and entered it and it smelled like cigarette smoke so I called the front desk. Ethan came up and gave us the room next door and agreed the smoke was clearly a problem. Asked for a pizza recommendation and gave us an excellent one (Lucianis). Hotel was clean and breakfast very good. Rooms are spacious.

This place was crazy classy. Not used to such a room. Very spacious. Very nice place and the digital key was something new to me. Felt like The Jetsons using my phone to open every door lol. Definitely giving this place a stay in the future. The only downside is the water pipes were pretty loud

Went during March break and used this hotel for 2 nights to explore Ontario small towns. London, Paris, Cambridge... this place is quite central for small town road trips. Loved the kitchen sink, the microwave, and Wow the space in the fridge and spacious freezer! Big enough for leftovers, and we also bought ice cream tubs from Metro to enjoy throughout the stay. Each day my daughter and I spent 30 to 60 minutes in the indoor pool. Pool water and air was a tad cooler than my preference, but still enjoyable once you started swimming. Clean and not over chlorinated. Rooms feel very big. Lots of space, movable furniture. Just some odd layouts. For example, the closet with hangars were deep into the room (and not by the door). Also there was a curtain that could be used to divide the room a bit, but seemed out of place. Great service at front desk. Friendly cleaning staff. Breakfast was included in our package. Quality and variety better than average. Enjoyed the waffle maker. Had pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches (Egg english muffins, sausage english muffins) that could be heated up in the microwave, whole fruits, oatmeal, coffee, tea, toast, granola and yogurt. If you want other options for breakfast, this hotel is also conveniently located across from a Tim Hortons, KFC, Taco Bell, Maison Mumbai food court area that is walking distance =) Would go there again in a heartbeat, for 1 night or multi-night stays.

Rooms were clean. Check in friendly and nice. Breakfast was ok Too bad they did not have a restaurant there to chill and relax We had a room with kitchenette which was nice. No stove but they do offer a cooktop which we didn’t request. Pet Friendly as well and brought our dog. Room didn’t smell like dog upon entering Would Recommend but keep in mind just fast food there no restaurant

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at the hotel! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we had multiple choices. The staff were helpful and friendly. The kids enjoy the pool!

everything was great, the rooms were huge and cleaned. Only issue was they don't clean room every day unless you schedule them 24 hours prior. you need to request for towel everyday, soap and other bathroom items.

we stay 2 nights very nice ,clean ,fast check in and out not too bad breakfast ,
