Nous avons reçu un bon accueil d'Angélique, le service était efficace, joyeux et attentionné. Les mets proposés par Julien qui vient s'enquérir en salle de notre satisfaction, le dressage des assiettes, la cuisine gouteuse et raffinée, tout était parfait.( Plats à la carte entre 18 et 22 euros, belle carte des vins, on peut y trouver des vins régionaux à prix abordable et des grands crus) Rare pour être souligné, le restaurant est ouvert le dimanche soir. Ravis d'avoir choisi cet endroit pour notre week-end de trois jours à Brantome. En synthèse: Merci à Angélique et Julien pour leur professionnalisme, leur humour et la convivialité qui se dégage de leur établissement. N'hésitez pas à franchir le seuil du "Jardin des chouchoux"

Leuke, rustige hotel-restaurant combinatie. Pluspunten zijn zeker de rustige ligging in een zeer groene omgeving, net buiten Brantome, het lekkere eten in het restaurant. Minpunt vonden wijzelf het "sobere" frans ontbijt, waar je nog voor dient bij te betalen.

Compact and well appointed , we liked the sliding shutters that kept out the sun, and tge masses of storage. It would be a great place to spend several days exploring the area.
Julien and Angelique are good hosts who made us feel very welcome, and it was lovely to be able to have an excellent dinner there too after a long drive. We felt the only thing that let it down was the minimalist breakfast- not very good value. We would certainly return, but maybe not for breakfast.

Un hotel muy acogedor con encanto. Los propietarios muy simpáticos. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Noches tranquilas y desayunos completos con croissants y todo! La piscina permite refrescarse por la tarde. El pueblo, Brantome, muy singular y encantador

We stayed 2 nights in this newly renovated hotel and felt very at home there. The rooms are spacious and simply but elegantly furnished, with a lovely big shower, plenty of hot water and a comfy bed. The pool was a delight on a hot afternoon after a bike ride in the local area. From their previous roles, the owners are used to looking after guests with high expectations and their focus on quality and service reflects this. Food was excellent and they know their wines. I wish them every success, they really deserve it.

Hôtel bien placé, avec du charme, calme et très propre. Personnel sympathique et serviable Moyen en note globale car rapport qualité prix élevé. Nous voyons plutôt une chambre à 100€ au lieu des 150€ (chambre sans vue, piscine ou il faut pas être plus de 4 autour car peu de place) Pareil pour le petit dej qui manque de choix pour un tarif de 12€. Seul le prix nous dérange sinon le séjour était agréable.
