Hampton Inn & Suites Braselton

This was an older Hampton Inn. Very clean, but rooms in need of a refresh. I would however stay here again. Very good service, Great location for our needs. Only criticism is the parking lot is a bit too small for the property when hotel is full, and hotel entrance is on a very busy corner.

Nice hotel in a good location. I am sorry to say that I had a not so good experience, with too many strikes for bad service. The four days I stayed my bed was never done, even after I requested it. The blow dryer didn't work twice, I had no shampoo and hand lotion bottle was empty.T here is more to it, but I will stop here...

This property offers Great affordable accommodations. The place is Clean and comfortable, with sweeping views of the vineyards, horse stables, and properties. Lisa at the front desk is the friendliest and most helpful! She knows all the best places to eat and how to get around. I really appreciated her warmth and hospitality!

Not only was our stay wonderful but I want to especially recognize John at the front desk. When checking out early Sunday morning we approached our rental car only to find a flat tire. Thank you John! You stepped in and helped 2 frantic ladies without hesitation. Had it not been for you we never would have made our flight home out of ATL. From the bottom of our heart Thanks for being our ”Angel” that day! Words can’t express our appreciation!

Excellent property and great stay!! Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great! Nancy at the front desk very accommodating. Hotel was not busy during my stay and I was able to be moved from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor for a better view as I had requested and paid for. The property being within walking distance to Chateau Elan made for an even more enjoyable stay. Only downside! At the pool could not stay long to lounge because was bitten by bugs! Citronella candles might help with this issue!

Excellent location right by Chateau Elan! You can walk to all the Chateus amenities or take the free shuttle to dinner like we did. Plus the free breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from! This place is like your own quiet resort right off the highway.

The hotel was clean. The room was large with a nice view of the winery. The staff was extremely friendly. The only thing I am dinging them on is the fitted mattress sheet was to small for the bed. When I tried to sleep on the bed the sheet would come undone. I which they would use the correct size mattress sheet.

Friendly staff, clean, quite rooms. Beautiful setting, wish we had stayed longer. Property was very well constructed which meant the floors and walls provided a quite room for a great nights sleep. You won't regret staying here.

I made the mistake of staying at an inferior Motel my first night as I was attending a Conference at the Chateau Elan. I quickly re-booked for the next night, and I was extremely lucky that they had one room left. I spoke with Nancy at the front desk the morning and she confirmed my reservation and said that the room should be ready around 1:00, but for me to come over and enjoy some breakfast while I wait. I showed up about 9:30- 9:45 and met Nancy and thanked her for her warm hospitality. She said that some of the House Keeping crew had already arrived and had started prepping my room. She pointed me towards the breakfast area and assured me that she will come find me when the room is ready. Within 30 minutes, my room was ready. This was incredible! Next, my business partner was soon to be arriving with his daughter. I advised him to call ahead and see if there were any rooms. Unfortunately, there were no rooms available. I told my partner to come to my room and we will wait and see if there are any cancelations. I walked downstairs and ask Nancy if there were any cancellations. She said no, but there may be a room being held by the manager. I asked her to please inquire to see if this could be an option for my partner and his daughter. 15 minutes later, Nancy phoned my room to say they had a room ready for them. This was amazing and Nancy was our STAR of the weekend. Her professionalism in Hospitably made these traveler's feel welcome and at home. The industry needs more "Nancy's"!!
