Na verdade tudo poderia ser um pouco melhor, está na hora de uma revitalização das aéreas, quartos com bom tamanho mas antigos, afora a situação de um outro hóspede estar instalado por engano no meu quarto quando retornei de um dia cheio de trabalho, mas no conjunto foi satisfatório na medida do possível.

Excellent service and physical structure. Super recommended. Evandro and Ana are super attentive and sympathetic. There are very diverse breakfasts and excellent options. Restaurant offers good cardapio. The view of the lift and the rooms is also beautiful.

Hotel is worthy staying. Price is cheap compared with other hotels in the same area. Location is fine. Staff is cooperative. I recommend this hotel.

You know where you feel very careful? That's the way you've been careful. The rooms and bathrooms are perfect, with everything in their place, and smell of clean house! Construction in granite and very good taste decoration, making the comfortable and cool environment. Breakfast is a chapter separate. The best of all! Proactive and highly educated officials in the care. I also realized a special care with the fruit and food prepared at the time, customized for the guest. Good hotel. but the trip left something to be desired. I arrived at the hotel and what. I was told that the reservation was for one person and not for 2 adults and 1 child as I had researched.

Excellent location. There was only a pool and a restaurant missing.

I am a frequent guest of this hotel ever since it used to be Blue Tree Park. There were several improvements over the year after they changed the hotel chain. Still there are some caveats I can highlight. I spent 3 nights at Royal Tulip for the Children's Day and Our Lady Aparecida Holiday in Brazil. I booked the luxury category room (5th floor at the end of the corridor, balcony with view to lake and the pool) While check-in the receptionist told me there were no room available as per my request. So for the 1st night I stayed in another room with view only to the lake. For the 2nd night after I insisted to be shifted to another room, they arranged in the actual room I was looking and paid for. Other two must-be-improved are the dinner option and the pool maintenance. The Herbs Restaurante as well as The Old Barr are very expensive places where there are no good selection of food, specially for kids. I had dinner at both places in 2 nights and the food was not tasty and it was very salty. So, the last thing about the pool. Unfortunately the pool was in bad condition. Apparentely missing serious and dedicated maintenance care.There was a lot of mud at the bottom of the pool, specially in the center part. My son, my wife and lot of guests were noticing a very dark and disgusting layer of mud spread all over the pool causing people to causing people to slip when they put their feet on the bottom of the pool. Overall the hotel is great, the nature surrounding is wonderful and the lake view is amazing. However these are the negative things the Hotel Managers and Leaders must look after and take care in order to improve customer experience. Thanks, Elcio M.

The hotel is very organised and has expert professionals who practice empathy with guests, careful to their main needs and possibilities. Congratulations to the professionals MATEUS and VITOR, who have worked with great sensitivity with me when I had to make a video of homenage to a sister, in addition to the specific tasks. Congratulations to LAILA and THIAGO professionals who have sensitively understood the need to place a family with special needs in a apartment near the lift. When arrived at the hotel and check-in, the attendant tried to charge me an extra fee of more or less R$ 18.00 for check-in, saying it was a fee not charged by Decolar, however I informed that the reservation was not made by Decolar, but by Trip. I refused to pay and said I contracted the package with all the services paid by TRIP. When I came in the room I felt a strong smell like wet dog, probably by the carpet that might be old. For those who have an allergic crisis, it's better to go away. The pool was dirty and was feeling of a loose location without care, even I commented on it in a loud voice in the lift and another guest agreed.
