The only things that save to not be horrible were the morning coffee and bed, I hosted from 15 to 17 March, when I arrived at the hotel I had a fight between the receptionist and the manager, but I noticed because they were very tasked, When I arrive in the room for my surprise I have already found the telephone broken, which was not set up until the end of the hosting, even I requested the repair in less than 15 minutes in the room, in the sequence I was conferring the fridgebar, (what I always recommend when I arrive at any hotel) to not have surprises and I had, they had 2 waters consumed, one half and the other full of screw water, in the same, I asked for the reception to solve, which was not done, I stayed with these two bottles until the second day of the night in the fridge bar, which was only withdrawn by my second complaint. We went out on the second day for our activities across Brazil and we returned at the end of the afternoon, for my surprise, they had not exchanged the towels, took out 2 dressers and towels from the second rented room and were still brave when I complained, where the night receptionist was extremely badly educated, there I already realized the hotel does not deliver anything they promise, the Wi-Fi doesn't work and they told me that in my floor it was the best sign, in the bathroom cleaning products brands not spread over the floor (as photo). The closet of the bathroom window is a wall (as photo), but the big problem is the treatment of staff with guests, they are gross and do not matter to improve our experience as guest during the stay. The problems happen, the improvement of experience is the way the hotel treats. I do not recommend hosting for anyone, because it is a Bittar hotel network, I believed staff training would be better. I never come back.
