Location and Access – Brasilia is one of the most famous “planned” cities in the World and the St Moritz is of course in a hotel zone. It is within walking distance of several of the city’s sights, but it has to be said that Brasilia does not seem to have been designed with the pedestrian in mind. Within the immediate vicinity of the hotel are a couple of small bars and a very tiny convenience store. Eateries can be found in a large mall (Shopping Conjunto Nacional) across the road (accessed by a steep flight of concrete steps and across a large car park). 20 to 25 minutes by car from Brasilia Airport Google Earth – The hotel can be seen on Street View Architectural Style – A high rise 20 (21) storey building surrounded by similar Reception – Check in and check out dealt with efficiently and professionally. As I speak no Portuguese, I found the front of house staff very helpful in ordering room service and also assisting with a complicated check in for a flight Public Areas – There is a small manicured garden at the entrance with a water feature. In the reception area comfortable settees. On the roof top an enclosed very contemporary dining room and an open area with splash pool, sunbathing, steam room and jacuzzi (extra cost for the latter) all with fantastic city views. Décor and maintenance all clean and fresh. 4 lifts operated by key card for security were reasonably efficient serving floors up to floor 20 and a separate lift connecting floor 20 to the roof top Guest Rooms – Mine was on the 12th floor and had a kitchenette with huge fridge, microwave and breakfast bar a bedroom with seating area and a bathroom. The shower in particular will linger long in my memory with an unlimited powerful supply of hot water Furnishings and fittings were all of good quality and cleanliness excellent Unfortunately, a few negative points. No tea or coffee making facilities. The TV was in an awkward situation and needed two remote controls to work - changing channels was problematic as was adjusting volume – and in any case only one English language channel. WiFi was OK. The close proximity of the next door apartment block meant that if the bathroom door was open or net curtains pulled back privacy was somewhat compromised! Food Offering - During my stay the restaurant was open for breakfast only. This was generally excellent quality although only a small range of hot items and no eggs cooked to order. I ordered room service on two occasions and as the hotel was full there was a long wait for delivery. Price quantity and quality was however very good Value for Money – I was content with the amount I paid bearing in mind the ridiculously high cost of hotel accommodation in other capital cities around the World X Factor – Sited in a fairly central location the hotel is a great base for anyone wanting to explore the city. Na verdade tudo poderia ser um pouco melhor, está na hora de uma revitalização das aéreas, quartos com bom tamanho mas antigos, afora a situação de um outro hóspede estar instalado por engano no meu quarto quando retornei de um dia cheio de trabalho, mas no conjunto foi satisfatório na medida do possível.

Hotel is worthy staying. Price is cheap compared with other hotels in the same area. Location is fine. Staff is cooperative. I recommend this hotel.

I was hosted at the Hotel Saint Paul Plaza for a long period in that year of 2022 and I have to thank you only for the hospitality and different treatment received. The very demanding staff and the manager Rosa do everything to feel really at home. Excellent service, coffee and concern with each of the guests, so that you can enjoy a pleasant and happy moment in Brazil.

Good hotel. but the trip left something to be desired. I arrived at the hotel and what. I was told that the reservation was for one person and not for 2 adults and 1 child as I had researched.

Excellent location. There was only a pool and a restaurant missing.

I am a frequent guest of this hotel ever since it used to be Blue Tree Park. There were several improvements over the year after they changed the hotel chain. Still there are some caveats I can highlight. I spent 3 nights at Royal Tulip for the Children's Day and Our Lady Aparecida Holiday in Brazil. I booked the luxury category room (5th floor at the end of the corridor, balcony with view to lake and the pool) While check-in the receptionist told me there were no room available as per my request. So for the 1st night I stayed in another room with view only to the lake. For the 2nd night after I insisted to be shifted to another room, they arranged in the actual room I was looking and paid for. Other two must-be-improved are the dinner option and the pool maintenance. The Herbs Restaurante as well as The Old Barr are very expensive places where there are no good selection of food, specially for kids. I had dinner at both places in 2 nights and the food was not tasty and it was very salty. So, the last thing about the pool. Unfortunately the pool was in bad condition. Apparentely missing serious and dedicated maintenance care.There was a lot of mud at the bottom of the pool, specially in the center part. My son, my wife and lot of guests were noticing a very dark and disgusting layer of mud spread all over the pool causing people to causing people to slip when they put their feet on the bottom of the pool. Overall the hotel is great, the nature surrounding is wonderful and the lake view is amazing. However these are the negative things the Hotel Managers and Leaders must look after and take care in order to improve customer experience. Thanks, Elcio M.

Congratulations to the professionals MATEUS and VITOR, who have worked with great sensitivity with me when I had to make a video of homenage to a sister, in addition to the specific tasks. Congratulations to LAILA and THIAGO professionals who have sensitively understood the need to place a family with special needs in a apartment near the lift.
