Although I only stayed for 6 hours, I was very satisfied with it overall. It was in line with the Ibis standard and the breakfast was good. We took a bus from Vienna Airport to SNP station and saw the hotel was less than 700 meters away. We walked and found that we had made a wrong choice. It was all uphill and there were stairs. The road was not flat. It was very convenient to take the bus from the hotel to the train station or bus station.

The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes from the historic centre.
Despite this, there were several points that made us quite unhappy with the hotel:
1. The heat inside the room was horrible, even if we turned on the air conditioning, it didn't work properly.
2. The air conditioning and the bathroom extractor fan didn't work, so the heat and humidity stayed inside the room.
3. In addition, the room was very poorly soundproofed: at night we could hear other guests slamming doors.
4. The room was too small.
5. There were not enough plugs. There were no plugs on the bedside tables. There were a total of 3 plugs in the whole room.
