Blue Lotus Apartments

I booked a private room, but upon arrival, the front desk couldn't find my reservation. They also claimed (or pretended) they couldn't speak English. They led me to an 8-bed dorm room where I couldn't even pick my own bed. The bed had no sheets, just a tattered blanket. The front desk kept communicating with the owner, who repeatedly insisted they were on vacation. They couldn't provide a room and refused a refund. Either Trip.com was scammed, or they're complicit in scamming people. I ended up booking another hotel. To this day, Trip.com hasn't given me a satisfactory answer. Absolutely avoid this fraudulent hotel.

Great location, right in the heart of the capital, very convenient for tourism.

The single room with private bathroom included a shower stall next to the bed and a sink next to it! The toilet was located in the hallway so it was shared with others. Not private at all. The room was tiny and extremely noisy... between the air conditioning, the refrigerator, and the noise from the street, even I, who never wakes up for anything in the world, woke up at least 5 times. Terrible experience! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants a clean, quiet place and a bit of privacy! Since it's an attic and it's 40 degrees Celsius, you had to turn the air conditioning on. And even turning it off, it would turn on by itself! Never mind €40, it wasn't even worth €4! Totally failed! They bombarded me with emails asking me to check in (at least twice a day) even though I had done so a long time ago, but when I wrote to say I booked a room with a private bathroom (and the bathroom also includes a toilet), no one has yet responded. However, they continued to send me the same check-in email even when I was already inside (at 4 in the morning). They gave me the wrong room number, causing me to disturb people who were already staying in that room. I have absolutely nothing positive about this property. Fortunately, it was only one night... and if I had arrived earlier and been more rested, I assure you, I would have looked for a hotel worthy of the name! AVOID!!!

I absolutely did not like this hotel. The smell of bleach was unbearable. The room was completely destroyed. I found a syringe in the room, *************************************. I do not recommend this hotel.

It's a good value hotel, check-in was a bit problematic. They don't send emails in English. The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable. The location is quite good. Overall, I was satisfied.

Small but nice. You can put your luggage in only 1 closet. Small bathroom with 1 person shower.

Not bad for the price.
