Very good ‘ nice hotel

Room is quite big, near city centre and public transportation

The hotel is on the bank of the Danube, but it is still a certain distance from the Danube. You can see the river and the bridge from the hotel, but the view is very ordinary, not a "river view". The hotel is a modern building with many rooms and decent facilities. But the bed is not very comfortable and the room is very small, which is not suitable for a modern building. The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is very ordinary, there is nothing. The hotel is a little far from the old town. The hotel is not in the old town but on the edge of the old town.

By the Danube, my room is on the side, and I can see a little of the river. I can see the night view of the Danube when I walk across the road. It is very close to the castle and the old town. There are No. 4 (100 meters) and No. 1 ( 400 meters) urban rail line, you can sit and see the city!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near several of the most famous attractions in Bratislava, Slovakia. It is also a step away from the old town. The hotel lobby is nice, the rooms are small, clean and comfortable. The only thing worth improving is the lack of a bigger one Desk and chairs, it will be inconvenient when you need to work with a computer.

The location is very convenient, by the Danube River, very close to the bus station and ferry, the price is good, the hotel lobby is also very spacious, and there are many seats for talking and resting. Service is also good.

Positive is that the room is rather spacious, it was clean. But overall the hotel is average. The room just have basic shower gel&shampoo in one attached to the wall. No other toiletries offered, zero! Mini bar is empty, you need to request if you want anything from the reception. One still water bottle for all 3 days (same as you would get if you stay one day). Quite noisy if there are neighbours nearby. Also, there was some smell in the corridors. TV medium size with not much choice to watch for English speaker.

Had a very positive experience at this hotel. Breakfast, room and pool were excellent.

Perfect location to walk around and explore the town. I would stay here again. The room has everything you need. The restaurant closes very early so no late night room service. The bed was not comfortable.

The hotel itself was great, but take care to understand exactly what is included in your rate, especially if you intend to use the pool: we were challenged every time we went to the pool, where the attendent told us every time that we had to pay £15 per person per 3-hour period, despite there being no mention of extra charges being required for the spa facilities when we booked. Each challenge was resolved by a call to reception, but it was quite tedious to go through it every time.
